Waited on hold over 45 minutes… no one even came back to the phone to check or ask for more time. Not to mention I hung up and called back multiple times still they kept putting me on hold…. Your employees definitely need to learn how to multitask more efficiently!

Customer service was really great, from the moment I arrived at the door until I left with the vehicle. The energy in the office was great, fun, and inviting. The representative was very knowledgeable. I will be using thus office again.

I've rented from this Enterprise 3-4 times right now for work and for pleasure. The cars have always been clean, service at the front desk is exceedingly friendly without being fake, and (importantly) there's also some consistency - I see the same folks there as I keep coming back which is awesome. Keep it up!

My Acura MDX was rear-ended and totalled by a reckless driver. I was looking for something to make me feel safe again until purchasing a new vehicle. Jillian was so thoughtful and Genuine!!! She put me in a 2023 Jeep Gladiator which I named Omega!!! Jillian is a valuable asset to the Enterprise Corporation!!! She is the Epitome of Exceptional Customer Service!!!❤️?❤️?❤️?

This entire place needs to be shut down. The branch manager and her colleagues were very mean and billigerent towards me. They kept demanding proof of my address and I could not provide that since I was taking over someone’s lease. I finally found proof and she didn’t accept it. She refused to help me. I explained to her that my car was broken into, my insurance gave me the green light to rent a car and that my insurance would cover it. I had my insurance card, my claim number, the number of my agent and even a proof of address. She still refused to listen to me and help me. This branch manager was clearly on a power trip and I felt very degraded and mistreated. I didn’t get her name but I’m going to find out and report her to corporate. You don’t treat people like that especially at Christmas. Shame on her and the rest of the people working there. In the meantime, I highly recommend the location on Independence! They are a lot nicer and more willing to help!

This was my first time renting a car from this Enterprise franchise and it was a great experience. The staff (Hope S.) and shuttle driver was very friendly and accommodating. Honestly, this was the first time ever being given a choice of vehicles to select from. The cars were clean and reliable and the rates were reasonable. The entire process from my arrival to getting the car to leave the lot took less than 15 minutes. IMPRESSIVE!Overall, I would recommend this franchise highly to anyone who is looking for a rental car in the future. I felt like my patronage was valued and appreciated. They get an A+ from me! Thank you!

Never answer their phone. They cancelled my “pickup” & had to Uber to them in rush hour from across the city. Didn’t have the right car type when I arrived. Car wasn’t really clean. Oil change light came on during a short rental. This company need to get it together, as an organization. The very sweet young woman who checked me in earned 2 stars just for her customer service bc she was great.
