I was in here today doing an exchange and all 3 associates were so friendly and helpful. Julie helped me with a difficult transaction and I really appreciated that. I shop here a lot so I'm glad they have awesome customer service!

They require men and women to use the same changing rooms, but the height of the doors are too short. There is another section for men with taller doors, but they had it closed off. In the middle of getting undressed, a man walked by who could see directly into my changing room above the door and watched me change. Will never come back.

Yesterday I went into the store to find some clothes for an upcoming cruise. I have recently gained some weight and wear a 16 comfortably around the waist. I asked a young man if the store had any 16s in it and with a scrunched up face said "What? We don't carry your size here."He turned around saw my husband and ran away. I walked out feeling very upset and without anything at all. I have always shopped at express and the last couple of times the experience has not been good.

The side for men I feel is not like it used to be. I remember seeing more dress shirts and clothes to choose from. The guy was nice but didn’t seem knowledgeable when I asked him about certain type of pants that’s very common. I don’t know if he was just rushing me out or didn’t know. I still was able to find a shirt and the woman that was working was very nice

Horrible customer service. I was trying to return a pair of shoes and the sale associate was VERY rude. She told me to open the box the shoes were in and take them out with a disgusted face, as if they had a disease and I should’ve known to take them out. She then told me she doesn’t need the return paper (which would’ve told her everything she needed to know), and tossed it aside, but took three times to find me in the system. Is it that hard to scan the paper instead of asking me a hundred times when I received the shoes? By the end of all this, she pointed me to where the trash can was and told me what I should do with the box and the return paper.

Tried to return a jacket with all of the tags and receipt and they refused to help me. Pointed out lint claiming it was a stain but when i plucked it off, they still refused to process the return.

Express lives up to their name. Bring the color to your men's outerwear, if you can. Otherwise, their outerwear has an amazing Black Friday Sale. I still bought a grey hounds tooth Trent Coat. ? A nostalgic memory of catching an awesome sale since I'd been shopping with Express since 2002, back when it was called, "Structure" in the NJ malls. ? I'm a 20 year shopper. I'm happy about my purchase. I have gloves I bought last year, however, I may come in and get some more gloves. I've ALWAYS appreciated Express Men for ALWAYS having a great range of color and style. Very timeless pieces. I'm happy to know you're still around looking like the dashing 20 year relationship we have. Express Men you have a handsome heart. Called in 5 minutes before the store closed just to ask a question on their inventory. I got put on hold and they all left for the night. I guess he had to be a snide pu*k and couldnt just tell me I need to call back. Its so sad that this is what service industry is coming down to. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow
