Excellent! Quiet, Consistent in Service and Friendliness. Helpful, Rooms are immaculate, Housekeeping attentive. This is above any place I have stayed..even many 5 🌟 star. Great Value, close to shopping, trails, movies, malls. Can't beat the prices and value! I'd rate higher if possible!

Decent motel. Nothing really special nothing really bad. We stayed overnight. Good location I thought. Clean. Rooms are spacious. Motel was quiet. Bed was decent but I’ve stayed in rooms with better mattresses.they give you 4 pillows on the bed. The pillows are way too soft. They should also offer firmer pillows. If you need firm, bring your own. They have a shower and a tub which is nice. A couch in the room is nice. We stayed on 3rd floor. The ice machine is on 2nd floor. That was a little aggravating. I put the room thermostat on 67. The coldest the room got was 72. Not good. I stayed in room 313. Overall a decent experience.

This was my first stay at the Four Points Sheraton in New Orleans and will not be my last! Check-in went really well and everyone was super nice. I had a bit of an issue with my first room being right outside the Swamp nightclub, but they quickly resolved the situation and were so understanding. I slept like a rock the other nights which helped me get out on the town for some great New Orleans fun. Overall, a great stay for my trip and recommend you try it out for yourself.

The rooms are fine and the hotel is clean. The people are friendly and the mattresses are a little uncomfortable but nothing major. My complaint is with the wi-fi…. I was booted off (on phone and laptop) about once a minute on average… and then half the time, it couldn’t find the network to reconnect automatically. It is EXTREMELY frustrating that I didn’t get any work done because I couldn’t keep a live connection to my office. I travel for work and this is a real deal breaker for me.

I am titanium with Marriott and over 100 nights just this year. I can sing with great confidence that this is the worst Hotel that I have ever stayed in. The property is completely rundown, Dirty, smells horrible, and it’s unbelievably outdated. It’s almost like there have been no attempts Take care of the Hotel. They even stated themselves that they know that their listings are in accurate and their room descriptions and photos are not accurate. The worst part isTeresa Sloan The manager. She is extremely tacky and ghetto. Is very disappointing that somebody like that was able to make it into a management role. She should definitely be working at McDonald’s counter or at a Motel 6.. very underqualified And seems to be lacking social skills and any desire to do her job . I have 31 documented calls that I’ve made and never received a call back. If you want to stay at a four-point stay at the one on the north side of town. Stay at any property except this. It’s an absolute dumpster fire

Few things need to be worked on , rather it’s good compared to price u pay.
Single coffee cup in room , bit confusing for couple who’s staying for 3 nights.
Shampoo , conditioner dispenser on wall empty, even after room service.
Good breakfast.

So, we travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels. This is definitely one of the worst. The front desk staff is very accommodating and they try to help where they have control. Room service is horrible. We needed new sheets and never got them. We told the front staff but they only have so much control. Room service never even stopped in our room to collect towels and replace them. We would have to do it manually when they were outside our door. They would still never come in to clean. Not sure what that was about. Like, if it’s everyone or just us. Someone told us to leave the pool at 9:30 when the sign says it’s open until 10. Not a big deal, but when the sign says it, why are you going against it? To get it cleaned early during your shift? Our AC unit leaked all over our carpet. To top it all off, I had to kill a roach in the bathroom while I was taking a bath. The hotel could definitely improve in these areas. Very disappointing.

This place old. The team is friendly, breakfast was good. Lots of places to eat nearby. Room is decent.

The beds are lumpy and the pillows feel like they were filled with left over sheets. The hotel gym is 77 degrees with no AC when it is 65 degrees out and there was one gym towel.
The shower in my room had more water coming out of the faucet than the shower head while it was turned on.

I would have liked to give this hotel more stars because we have stayed here in the past, but we had a very bad experience this time.
Upon our arrival the desk clerk asked if we had stayed before, we answered yes, upon which he said "good, you know everything then." Well, no. It had been several years, a brief explanation would have been nice.
The 2nd night of our stay the fire alarm went off for about 20 minutes around 8:30pm. We went to the lobby but were waved back to our room. The alarm went off again another 6-7 times throughout the night for about 30 seconds each time. we hardly slept. In the morning as we were checking out the desk clerk simply said "you're all set" no apology about the multiple alarms, no concern, and no explanation, no refund of any kind offered.
Additionally the breakfast bar (which no one told us about, we saw on the 2nd morning) had cold eggs and hard over-cooked sausage. We will not return.
