My 13 year old was just ripped off by them. He bought a headset with warranty yesterday and was told it would work with his console. Well he just opened it to try to get it to connect but it would not. Went to get a refund and they won't refund the money. We had already bought him would before going back to game stop before returning thinking they would refund his money but noooo! They told him it would work so why can they not refund his money. Letd not forget we have to drive at least an hour to get to one of these stores.

Great store! Glad GameStop is still around! I enjoy all my Pro member rewards, it's really worth it if you purchase a lot of items GameStop sells. The buy 2 get 1 Pokémon card pack deals are great! Staff in this location are friendly and professional. Store is clean and organized and stocked nicely.

I tried to buy one cheap game (under $10), and the employee kept accosting me about renewing my Pro membership. I told him no multiple times, and he then proceeded to ring me up and tried adding the renewal without me noticing during the checkout process. Very shady. Please make sure to check your bill on the screen before swiping your card at this location.

Told me they had a power chord I needed said he had three I drove almost 30 miles to get it when I get there oh sorry we don't have any. Yeah

There was only one employee and a line out the door. They should've had more employees on staff. They employee there was gelpful but he needed help. He had to go in the back to take a break with a store full of people.

The used games are overpriced. I have never been impressed with the trade-in values. They barely even have games anymore and only for brand new game systems. I don't want toys. I want games.

Called ahead looking for a specific collectible figure (blonde haired nebula, called Heist Nebula, from what if series) and the sales associate immediately went and grab one for me and held her until my husband and I got there to purchase her thank you!!!) We also looked around at the funko pops, found some hidden gems, was extremely excited about, and looked around checking everything else out. Enjoyed our time there, and I'm most grateful the sales associate held our Nebula for us! Thank you, and we will certainly be back again!
