I will NEVER go back to grease monkey…
E V E R! even to repair a tire on my bicycle!!! A STARTER was installed in my vehicle, by them, to the tune of $650.00 (+\-) . The minute I drove the car off their parking lot, I knew immediately, my car was in major distress!!! Transmission issues!!!! Bottom line, the car ended up being towed to my car dealership . Grease monkey staff (4 of them) were in total denial about the situation… which has since been documented by my service dealership. Their fault entirely!

I went in for a state inspection and waited nearly over an hour. I was trying to be reasonable and patient until I saw the person who was supposed to be inspecting my car more interested in his phone. I informed them I had to pick up my wife but I was greated with a look of disgust and disbelief. Never again will I go to this poorly run and unprofessional location again.

Absolutely do not let them touch your car. My husbands mustang was running but check engine light came on & the codes reading were cylinder 4. Took it to grease money in pineville, they told us about $1200. When all was done they called & told us $3400.. fine whatever as long as everything was fixed.. 2 weeks after they fix it, check engine light came on again so we paid for another fuel cleaning kit from them because they said that was the issue. Kind you we already paid for 1 2 weeks ago. Fast forward to last month the car doesn’t not run at all.. a car with only 57k miles on it & a car that’s been throughly taken care of. We have a mechanic come & look at it because mind you we can’t take it up to grease monkey because they car won’t run.. the entire engine is done. Locked up. So after spending $3500 & trusting grease monkey with my husbands prized possession. He no longer has a car. If I could put 0 stars I would. I am so unbelievably mad about this & will make sure everyone I know does not take their cars or their hard earned money to them.
