My first time at Grease Monkey. I was able to take my car in for an oil change and tire rotation the same day I called. Staff and manager were friendly and efficient during my time at their shop. I was apprised of several areas of possible concern to watch for in the future. My only criticism would be that the tire pressures were not checked and adjusted after rotation and the reset sensor needed to be synced.

I brought my vehicle here for the first time. I have a 2018 Nissan pathfinder that has been in Flynn in pa for brake problems over and over. Here to find out from this wonderful place they explained the problems we had and why! This location is so friendly, so honest, and also not to mention he shows you your parts, what he’s doing and why, also explains why the bad parts were an issue. Just overall wonderful! We’re moving down here in June and our vehicles will definitely be coming back here only! Ask for nick! He’s wonderful!!! The staff also all are very friendly!!!

A busted/flat tire is aggravating as it is. I unexpectedly ended up here on Pineville Matthew rd. All I have to say is Tiffany did everything in her power to make my night go by painlessly. Thank You Tiffany for showing such compassion. If I ever catch a flat I’d rather drive right back to you.

The Grease Monkey on Pineville-Matthews is the absolute best! I always have a fantastic experience there. I’ve taken my car to other locations and no so good. However, Pineville-Matthews is always so professional, helpful, knowledgable & friendly! Thank you for providing top tier service!!!

Won’t be back. INSANE PRICING! I started coming here because it was convenient, quick and the people were nice but not anymore. I just went for a Full Synthetic oil change and the price was $130, which is INSANE. I have always paid $80-$90 for full synthetic. I called 3 other oil change places in the area and for the same quartz the highest price I was quoted was $92. I will not be back at all, their prices are not sustainable. I don’t remember it being that expensive last visit so they much of upped their prices which will quickly put them out of business.

Will recommend to everyone! I’ve been to this location several times with different issues and they always accommodate me very quickly. VERY fair pricing. They don’t try to oversell anything you don't need and everyone is always so friendly. Will definitely come back whenever I need anything done.
