Two weeks ago, my granddaughter’s purchased shirts from this store. The shirts were on display for 12 dollars each. The three shirts rung up at the register for 15.99 . When my youngest granddaughter looked at the receipt the error was brought to the manager’s attention. I received the difference of the refund and was asked how did I want to receive it ! My choice was to put the difference back to my CC. After, a few days the refund had not showed up to my banking institution. The manager never informed me approximately when the refund would hit my bank . I decided to call customer service and was told 3-5 days for refunds depending on the bank. I received the refund as stated . However, this is my main concern about this store. I call to speak with a supervisor . When the call was answered they say “ Hollister” I asked who I was speaking to and he declined to give me his name. I asked him why and was told “ HR policy didn’t allow them to give out their names “. I reported this to customer service and they said this is not a policy of Hollister . Customer Service was not that helpful as well . It took me 5 times calling to get a supervisor to finally speak with me Afterwards, I reported the unprofessional behavior from the person who had an unknown identity. I wondered why customer service states their name but the store doesn’t !!! 🤔 The customer service team did give me a 30% off discount on the next purchase with an apology.. My grandson or granddaughter will use it ! I will never go back in the Hollister store in Pineville NC. Most of the employees are young people and really need better customer service coaching skills in my opinion. Do better Hollister and get name tags for your employees !! Paying customers are spending money and you can’t respect us enough to reveal your names ! Think about this as a tool if people didn’t come inside your business then guess what “ You wouldn’t get a paycheck or have employment opportunities. Get it together!!! 😠 Ridiculous!!!

The cashier in the front was very slow and a bit rude , i had to repeat myself at least 3-4 times for her to understand even though i made it very clear which frustrated me while the lady who was also a worker in the back had to explain to her and did not make it clear during the whole exchange process that i would have to repay the full amount again just to get it reordered and delivered to my house when i was informed i would get it delivered for free but the problem was it was like i was speaking to myself when telling the cashier what i wanted to do with my exchange and she wasted both mines and her time when she could of informed me on that in the first place so thank you to the lady who helped while listening to our conversation, Please do better with who you hire or put in the front that’s how you quickly lose customers. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. never coming to this hollisters again.

cashier was rude for no reason, like its not that hard to do your job, cashier was snappy because i asked her if my shorts were twenty dollars because they were in the twenty dollar short rack full of the same shorts i grabbed, instead of doing her job to maybe check on the misleading rack she immediately tells me “ do you want the shorts or not” with the ugliest face , i did but they were not nice enough for that full price she was charging me honestly

Be aware of this store and their workers, we just left because of their lack of service, they have a sign saying shirts specials for $10, pic doesn't lie, when we told the woman upfront she said prices are wrong and can't be changed,

Buyer beware!!! Bought my daughter a couple sweaters for Christmas and, of course, I lost the receipts....but didn't think anything of it bc there are so many ways to look up the purchase. After Abercrombie(sister company) graciously exchanged a shirt...got to Hollister and we were told no. No receipt, no exchange. Still had tags on....and was still told no. Only store that wouldn't budge on the fact that I needed a receipt. I was then told it was at the discretion of the manager, which I think is ridiculous....because it should be a company wide policy. Awful customer service and will never be going back.

My granddaughter absolutely loves this store. Unfortunately they're lo UT of so many sizes and styles that are online. So...we ordered everything That we couldn't find in-store online! Happy back to schooler!
