DISGUSTING TREATMENT OF PEOPLE! Possible profiling?Went to kids workshop with my 3 year old son, short hair white lady, although always had a smile on her face, is either profiling us or just treats people the way she does. We had a reservation for 2 kids (my 2 sons) but one of them was sick so stayed home with mom; we got there and showed the reservation to her and she says “its first come first serve and both kids had to be there”, even though i just saw a guy walk out with 2 sets without any kids. Ok thats fair and thats fine. We proceeded with the kids workshop project. While we are trying to get paint, my son got excited with the gummies on the table. When he leaned forward to look at them she YANKED back both snack buckets (from a flipping 3 year old) and said “not now”…… my son stepped back and was visibly upset. So i said “that was kinda mean”. Then she proceeded and said the snack is for after projects are done….. ok then maybe explain that next time and not yank back snacks from a 3 year old? Either way we proceeded with the project. On our way out, what really got me is when we were leaving there was a mom with NO KIDS WITH HER, AGAIN HOLDING 2 sets of projects we reserved and asked for, but was told we needed to have 2 kids there, who was asking us what type of tools we need. Thats when i felt that we were definitely getting some type of special (disgusting) treatments or profiling. Either way this review probably wont do anything and this lady will probably keep running the show, but for parents out there. BE AWARE!

This is the absolute worst Home Depot I have ever experienced in my life. From unknowledgeable employees to super rude managers plus a complete waste of my time.Made an order online to deliver all products to my home. 5 items never came and for some reason showed up at the HD location. Tried to call and see if they can deliver it I was told no I had to pick it up and I had ample time.Later after 7 days I get a call from a super rude manager named (Chelsea). She calls and tells me I need to come pick up the order by EOD or order will be canceled. I was informed by her that we are not a storage facility and don’t have space. Just rack your brain around that comment.I am a renovation contractor and go to HD all the time to get product or whatever I need for a job. I begged the manager to be reasonable and give me until EOD next day to pick it up as I was out of town and the next day my wife had surgery so I could not pick the item up until next day. I tell her then go ahead and cancel the item.Manager calls me back after I already order another items from Lowe’s and no longer get needed it to tell me I have until Monday now to pick up after 30 minutes of frustrating conversation for absolutely no reason what so ever. I said no cancel the item.Come to find out that Monday it shows on my app that someone picked up my order. So here we go with a whole other issue now tied to this one rude person Chelsea a manager from what she told me. Which at first did not even want to share her name because she was being so rude to me. So I realized she left me a voicemail an hour earlier before we first talked and she gave her name obviously. She knew she was being rude so she was afraid to share her name.So I go to the store. They refunded me my items and after another 30 minutes dealing with another employee at the register telling me everything was refunded when it was not. Finally they realized 3 items were still not refunded back and they finally did give me a full refund.So contractors beware when dealing with this store. Customer service here is absolutely terrible and they do not care about you at all. I will be taking my business to Lowe’s from here on out.

Avoid all The Home Depot at all costs, they have implemented absolutely terrible anti-consumer policies. You can only return items ordered online in the store (WITH the receipt) and they will only return the money to the original purchaser's credit card or "store credit", but then you CANNOT use the "store credit" they give you to order anything online, you can only use it on their limited "in-store" product selection, even if the item you returned was ordered online.

This store has historically been slow. I went there the Thursday before last and they wasted an hour of my time getting a forklift to come out with concrete. Then I needed another 30 bags of concrete on Friday and I waited about 30 minutes for forklift and then they told me you might as well go get it yourself it'll be quicker. First of all the Geniuses put the concrete, the most awkward and heavy materials in the store in the back. We needed 60 lb bags and they don't keep them outside. I'm a contractor so they're going to lose a lot of money because I'll never be back. I get that the customer is never right in this Brave New World but things will be changing

My first time to this particular store. Due to the fact that what I wanted to get from my regular location was showing in stock but coming to this Pineville location the staff were very friendly and professional n helping me looking and retrieving the item I needed. The guy at the checkout proposed me getting a home depot Credit card which I saved $50 instantly on my purchase. Hope no hidden fees on the credit card which was offer to me.

Will NEVER shop at this store again. I had to order a mirror 3x because they kept shipping the incorrect one. The Customer Service I received was terrible AND to make it worse, one of them a a Manager!!!

THANK YOU LESLIE!!! ? You helped to make our complicated return today so easy with your helpful attitude and knowledge of the Home Depot credit card policies! I dreaded having to make this important transaction and couldn’t believe how quickly Leslie attended to our needs! This will be our go to store now for all things home & garden related !! And I dont care how many robots are being put into stores, (ah heim ..Walmart) it is the magic of excellent HUMAN customer service reps who create customers for life!

Home Depot gives you a lot of choices. It seems like some of the specialized cells people probably need a little more training these days. I know that they’re using more mature employees just saying a little more training wouldn’t hurt
