“Started feeling sick Friday. 4 people in my office were already out sick. By Monday I needed medical assistance and testing for Covid,flu, & RSV. I was able to book my appointment the same day. They called in my prescriptions and provided information. The staff was patient and friendly. The doctor was friendly, professional and knowledge with my health condition and any pharmaceutical interactions. Very happy and confident that I was on my way to recovery. I highly recommend this facility.”

“I wanted to share my experience. The service here is top notch and I appreciate the service and time this organization has taken with me. My child received a test from a tent site called test4free.org who does not have a address in North Carolina. Apparently test 4 free is a pop up tent who are not labs and send our tests off to local labs. After doing my research, this laboratory is not associated with this test site. I wish I would have went directly to them for testing. This laboratory, although they did not have to, called my insurance with me and helped me with this bill. They spent over 2 hours with me on the phone with my insurance. My point is go to the lab directly for your test or your doctor and contact your insurance company if you get a bill because its your insurance that pays your medical bills!”

“I scheduled an appointment on line to complete a drug screening for an employer. I went in not expecting much based on some of the previous reviews. Scheduling the appointment on line was done with ease. My appointment was today at 130 pm. The check in process was easy and efficient. I did not wait long (maybe 5 minutes) before I was called back to the office. I was greeted by Chandra G. She was very professional, pleasant and explained each step. The entire process took approximately 15 minutes. I was truly in and out. Chandra thank you for your exceptional service today!”

“I just wanted to write a review of my experience today at Labcorp on Park Rd. I set a blood test appointment for 11:15a this morning online around 10a the same day. I arrived early at 10:30a and sat in the parking lot. I checked in by phone at 10:45a while still sitting in my vehicle. I received a text at 11:05a to come inside the building and that someone would see me shortly. I spoke to the lady at the front desk, showed her my paperwork from my doctor and paid an old past due bill. Sat for maybe 5-10 minutes and was called in to have blood drawn. The nurse drew my blood and I was out after another 5 minutes. Super quick and easy! Everyone was nice and professional. Wish I had done it sooner if I knew the process would be that smooth. I deal with anxiety and sitting in a wait room for a long period of time can be intimidating. I rely on reviews to prepare myself for what to expect. But I know not everyone writes good reviews either, so l felt this experience deserves one! Thanks.”

“My son Chris who has autism went to this location of Lab Corp in Rock Hill, SC yesterday. When I tell you this is a great staff! I am soooo grateful for them ? My son Chris has always been very, very, did I say very difficult with needles and giving blood... Each nurse was so patient and talked to my son with care until he calmed down to give the blood work. There were 4 nurses total, 3 Ladies and a Gentleman.I wish I got each name so I can thank them each again ? Just know you are appreciated ? Awesome Staff Here!”

“On Thursday, August 17, 2023, I had a visit to Atrium Steele Creek. I originally thought I was there for a urinary complaint. Maybe a kidney stone. Turns out, my appendix was ruptured. I was treated by Dr. Ambrose. I will be eternally grateful for him. His thoroughness literally SAVED MY LIFE! I had 3 abscessed areas in my abdomen due to the rupture. I've never been this sick in my life. My review would not be complete without mentioning the sweetest nurse ever... Edie! Respiratory Therapist, Shelton was awesome as well. Monique from registration was so kind. She's the kind of person I could be friends with for life! Any further emergent medical need I have, will be treated by Steele Creek!!!!”

“I’ve been going to this location ONLY for the past 2.5 years (getting my blood drawn at least every 3 months, sometimes more often). Even after I moved to Waxhaw, I still drive there. Never had any issues, the employees are always kind and friendly. It can be busy early in the morning but as long as you have a scheduled appointment, you should be fine.”
