“Last night, I visited Urgent Care AFC and I was truly impressed by the excellent care I received. Despite arriving almost at closing time, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The doctor and nurses were very attentive and provided me with excellent medical care. After a short wait, I underwent the necessary tests and was prescribed the appropriate medication. I am very grateful for their attention and genuine concern for my well-being. They definitely deserve five stars and my sincerest thanks. Highly recommended!”
“Fast and easy, sure. $139 is steep for a TB test that from here on out I'll be required to do yearly, especially when I used to be able to access this for free when I lived in Washington, D.C.”

“I had my blood drawn at this ExamOne location last week. So this is a recent experience. My appt was at 11:30am and I was seen at 11:35. The location was an hour’s drive from my home. Parking was crowded. The building was easy to find and marked well (bldg address is right above front entrance). The ExamOne office is shared with Quest Diagnostics. The right side of the office is for ExamOne appts. Once inside, sign in on the list on the clipboard and ring the doorbell. Take time to read the signs which have very clear instructions on what to do. Then take a seat and wait. I arrived 20 mins before my appt and first rang the doorbell when I arrived and then again at 11:30 which was my actual appt time. I think they might have forgotten I was there early.
The blood draw was very quick and thorough and the technician was a pro at it. My wait was longer than the actual blood draw. My experience was a positive one compared to the other negative ones that are 2-4 yrs old.”

“I wanted to share my experience. The service here is top notch and I appreciate the service and time this organization has taken with me. My child received a test from a tent site called test4free.org who does not have a address in North Carolina. Apparently test 4 free is a pop up tent who are not labs and send our tests off to local labs. After doing my research, this laboratory is not associated with this test site. I wish I would have went directly to them for testing. This laboratory, although they did not have to, called my insurance with me and helped me with this bill. They spent over 2 hours with me on the phone with my insurance. My point is go to the lab directly for your test or your doctor and contact your insurance company if you get a bill because its your insurance that pays your medical bills!”
“This Labcorp location did a wonderful job! I was in and out within 10 minutes, and the nurse (I believe her name was Ky, based on her lab coat) was excellent. Usually, nurses have a hard time finding a vein and getting blood to flow, but she did it with ease and I felt zero pain. Fantastic job!”

System issues. This place has great physician assistants but under performing administrative/reception and ill-equipped customer service representatives end up wasting tons of your time. I had to visit this place 2 times to get a specific lab test done and 3 times to get an injection. Their system just records it as a doctor follow up. Also you only get to physician assistant not physician.”
“The phlebotomist was extremely friendly yet professional. Unfortunately I do not remember her name, I wish I did so I could give her credit. Also I was called back within 5 minutes of checking in which was a present surprise.”
“I took my niece here for blood draw today and was incredibly impressed with the staff. Both techs were kind, patient and accommodating with a four year told that did not want to be there. They got her on first stick and gave stickers and hugs when done. Highly recommend to moms whose kiddos need bloodwork!”

“I was a walk-in with timed labs at Billingsley LabCorp this morning, and Tonya went above and beyond. She made sure my labs were drawn right on time, which was incredibly important, and she even drew them herself while simultaneously managing the front desk, checking in patients, and helping everyone in the waiting room.
Despite juggling so many responsibilities, she was kind, professional, efficient, and made the whole experience stress-free. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients and works incredibly hard. Thank you, Tonya, for your outstanding service!”
“I wish every lab was like this one. I never thought I’d write a review for a lab appointment, but this office was so nice and relaxing. Instantly felt at ease by the staff and their demeanor. Clean office, they were quick, efficient, and kind. I would have happily hung out longer.”
“Arrived at 7:50am as a walk-in with 5 people lined up in front of me already. Once they opened at 8, we all checked in one by one in order. My check in said it may take 1-1.5 hours until I’m called back given the walk ins and scheduled apts. The staff were friendly and efficient and I was called back around 8:30am instead of 9-9:30am. I’ve had bad experiences at other lab corps but this morning went surprisingly well and I’ll definitely go back to this location if I need more labs.”

“Dina and Deana were absolutely lovely! I've had bloodwork done many times before with no issue, but I was extremely dehydrated after working in the heat all day and passed out. This had never happened to me before, but Dina and Deana (with almost no warning) reacted quickly and effeciently to keep me from being injured as I went down, and in helping me recover after.
They were extremely patient, kind and true professionals. They nursed me back to health, and even let me stay past closing to make sure that I felt safe to get home, all while being delightful company.
