“I wanted to share my experience. The service here is top notch and I appreciate the service and time this organization has taken with me. My child received a test from a tent site called test4free.org who does not have a address in North Carolina. Apparently test 4 free is a pop up tent who are not labs and send our tests off to local labs. After doing my research, this laboratory is not associated with this test site. I wish I would have went directly to them for testing. This laboratory, although they did not have to, called my insurance with me and helped me with this bill. They spent over 2 hours with me on the phone with my insurance. My point is go to the lab directly for your test or your doctor and contact your insurance company if you get a bill because its your insurance that pays your medical bills!”

“Located on 3rd floor of the hospital, get off the elevator and it’s first on the right.Quick and easy, friendly. I had an early morning appointment, and did the check-in by phone option. Otherwise you can go straight to the check-in kiosk at the lab. They got me in early and the whole thing was complete under 15 minutes.Masks optional, but they had signs everywhere stating the importance of masks to protect the most vulnerable, and all staff were wearing masks. ???I will come back to this location.”

“I scheduled an appointment on line to complete a drug screening for an employer. I went in not expecting much based on some of the previous reviews. Scheduling the appointment on line was done with ease. My appointment was today at 130 pm. The check in process was easy and efficient. I did not wait long (maybe 5 minutes) before I was called back to the office. I was greeted by Chandra G. She was very professional, pleasant and explained each step. The entire process took approximately 15 minutes. I was truly in and out. Chandra thank you for your exceptional service today!”

“I've always like the Neighborhood Walmarts as it's a quick and convenient way to get grocery and hygienic needs without the hassle of the larger Walmart crowds (plus parking). They are usually easy to navigate. This location recently had a renovation. It wasn't really needed as it's not much older than 4 years I believe...it can only be better. Looks like a few more aisles and the warm foods section is bigger. I always find markdowns here. Good to try new things, sweets, makeup, and coffee on markdown. A Gas station, small restaurants, nail shop, and salon right there too.”

“I just wanted to write a review of my experience today at Labcorp on Park Rd. I set a blood test appointment for 11:15a this morning online around 10a the same day. I arrived early at 10:30a and sat in the parking lot. I checked in by phone at 10:45a while still sitting in my vehicle. I received a text at 11:05a to come inside the building and that someone would see me shortly. I spoke to the lady at the front desk, showed her my paperwork from my doctor and paid an old past due bill. Sat for maybe 5-10 minutes and was called in to have blood drawn. The nurse drew my blood and I was out after another 5 minutes. Super quick and easy! Everyone was nice and professional. Wish I had done it sooner if I knew the process would be that smooth. I deal with anxiety and sitting in a wait room for a long period of time can be intimidating. I rely on reviews to prepare myself for what to expect. But I know not everyone writes good reviews either, so l felt this experience deserves one! Thanks.”

I had the privilege of working with him for a few years, and even after I left he still remains one of my favorite providers to have worked with. “On Thursday, August 17, 2023, I had a visit to Atrium Steele Creek. I originally thought I was there for a urinary complaint. Maybe a kidney stone. Turns out, my appendix was ruptured. I was treated by Dr. Ambrose. I will be eternally grateful for him. His thoroughness literally SAVED MY LIFE! I had 3 abscessed areas in my abdomen due to the rupture. I've never been this sick in my life. My review would not be complete without mentioning the sweetest nurse ever... Edie! Respiratory Therapist, Shelton was awesome as well. Monique from registration was so kind. She's the kind of person I could be friends with for life! Any further emergent medical need I have, will be treated by Steele Creek!!!!”
