James and his team are the bomb! We were going shopping and and had a caliper lock up! Not a good afternoon right? James said that they could help us no problem. Quoted us a price and we when on with our day. Texted when work was finished , as he said they would, but get this! They finished an hour sooner and they said they would! Thanks guys for being there for us when we needed you. You guys are Rockstars.

I was staying at the hotel next door when I got a flat tire. They were able to patch and reinstall the tire right away and for a very affordable price. Highly recommend

I got an oil change. I was expecting the oil change to cost between $40 and $50 . It was $70! They used a synthetic oil without asking me my preference. The cost was 19.95 per quart! That is almost $5.00 per bottle more than I paid at a grocery store. You have lost my business over this. This cost is outrageous. I feel because I am an older woman, I was take advantage of! This is not acceptable under any circumstances!

The worst service I can think of. I took my BMW for oil change. After I drove it for few minutes, the 'Low Engine Oil' warning message came on. They charged me for more than 7 quarts of oil however they didn't put that much oil in it! I called them, they asked me to bring the car back. They were scheduled to close in 20 min. I was about 15 to 20 minutes away. I requested them to keep the shop open in case I'm late by few minutes. They refused to do that!!

My first visit I made an appointment for exhaust work. They got me right in. They kept me updated from start to finish. My exhaust tech was the best and did excellent work. I would highly recommend them for any of your service needs.
