For the most part this shop is very friendly and will service 3rd party parts for your vehicle. I have gone to this shop for the past 5 years ranging from inspection to exhaust and diagnostics. Unfortunately, this shop has a high turnover over with their managers and mechanics - it’s seems there’s a new manager every time I’ve got to come in (usually between 6months - 1 yr). These guys used to not only do great work but at a great honest price including where to get the cheapest parts.
This new manager Amanda is a nice lady but don’t mistaken her kindness for good business!
I simply needed a new battery installed and a purge valve tested to see if it was failing and which I communicated several times but they insisted they needed to run $160 worth of diagnostics on front and back end of fuel systems and charged $38 to install my battery!
After everything was all said and done “yes sir it was the purge valve” - unbelievable!. As if that wasn’t enough, they wanted to charge me over $250 for the purge valve and its components (which runs between $50-$70 online) and another $200 for the labor to install. Then I asked if they had a veteran/military discount and Amanda patronizingly says to me “I’m sure we can work something out on the parts price” while doing this wink cringe smile.
I hate to say this, but DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP OR AMANDA WILL RUN UP YOUR TAB to the most highest possible price!

Place is trash, soon as I pull in, old man was ignorant told me to move my car with no explaination, I go in at 3:30 an hr 30 minutes before they even close and they tell me they can’t work on my car. What’s the point of setting your close time at 5pm?? Trash!

The manager Anthony is terrible at communication and managing I Came with one problem a sensor in my fuel pump I was told it would take a couple hours and I ended up being there all day (9-4:30) with no explanations on why it was taking so long or any updates on the car they ordered a part for my car and installed it before even telling me then I had got checked out and told 5 minutes then when they said they were resetting my car for the check engine light to go off they broke it and said “we don’t know why it won’t start back up” like yall are mechanics and it was just running 3 hours turned into 3 days and they finally did figure it out (it was a small piece to the starter)and tried to make me pay for it absolutely not I already payed once for a diagnostic in the beginning and you wanted me to pay again for something that I didn’t do this was terrible service I will not be returning

Lobby asks for a review so here's a review. Asked for an inspection, they said ok. Waited over an hour, checked, and my vehicle still hadn't been taken back. Had to leave. Wouldn't have minded if I'd been warned how long it'd take before waiting.
