One of the best stores at the Carolina Place Mall. Jasmine was very welcoming and sweet. The store was filled with good, quality merchandise. Mikayla rung me up. She was very informative about the merchandise and any deals they had.

Absolutely horrible experience. Me and my friend group of 5 went there just to have fun look around at things and buy matching glasses (which we did get.) While we were looking around they started laughing at us, and mocking us. We had picked out our glasses and were ready to pay and then the lady at the register told us we were not allowed to come back ever again and stated that me and another female friend of mine were shoplifting and stealing the glasses simply because we had glasses on our face that are on our face that were prescription. We did not steal and will never steal! I do not recommend coming here and i won’t ever again!!

This particular store always makes me feel uncomfortable when I go to look around and shop . I’ve been falsely accused of shop lifting and deal with poor attitude at the register every time I go to this store , I use to love this store but there staff has totally ruined it for me do not recommend!! if I could give zero stars I would !

Me and my daughter absolutely love rue 21 I went in and Miss noria who is the manager there so invited such a beautiful lovely lady was so helpful she is such an awesome manager I'm glad that she is there at the store keep up the good work

Great customer service. One particular staff member helped the girls buy matching outfits from both sides of the store. She went above and beyond and I'm thankful.
