I would give zero Stars if I could. I went in there mid-afternoon There were no customers in the store ahead of me. While I stood at the counter I could hear music playing in the office area, and the only word I could discern was b****** over and over again. I continued to wait having my senses assaulted by this disgusting music. A camera over the counter clearly would have shown whoever was back there that I was standing out there, never mind that the door makes a buzzer noise when you open it. After about 5 minutes I went to the door and opened and closed it about 5 times in a row just to make the buzzer go off. Seconds after doing that three people appeared from somewhere in that back office area. I forgot to mention that I could hear them talking back there, over the music while I was waiting all that time. So the one guy comes and talks with me and the other two people are just kind of there and this guy isn't even able to help me he ends up telling me I have to go to a different location to get a paint match and a small amount of paint That's the quart size not a gallon. While this guy was friendly, I was completely put off by the rest of the experience and that horrible music. I spent some time searching online so I can give you the song title I was forced to listen to. It's by a band called shoreline Mafia and of course the song title is b******. I absolutely do not recommend trying to look this song up on YouTube, especially if you have kids around. But I would very much love for the management of the store and for management of this company to look the Song up on YouTube and see for yourselves what your representatives here are subjecting your customers to.

Spanish girl checked out my items, I asked for a box because I didn't want my bag to rip, she gave me a box then let me box my own items then proceeded to help a Spanish guy.
She didn't say have a good day or anything. I have never had so much rude service from Sherwin Williams and we spend over 100k every year.

Terrible experience. Was told by our builder to come to this location to get touch up paint and the person behind the counter wouldn’t even try to find what we were looking for. As soon as we came in he basically told us to go to another location.

Online it says they are open til 6 and it's 12:50 and she told me she's closing and only open til 2pm. I live an hour and a half away and am not waiting but understand why the reviews are so bad

One of (if not the best) paint stores in the Charlotte area. If you ever have a paint related question, these fine people can help you out. From color selection to best practices they are on it. Service you will never get at a big box store and they can darn near match any color you can imagine.

Was having a rough day, but the customer service here really picked me up. Mr. Ray was the representative that addressed my concerns and/or assisted me today. Mr. Kyle was also had great energy and contributed to this great experience. Thanks team. You guys are winning!
