This is by far the only option that I will recommend taking virtually any make and model for collision or cosmetic repair in general. Don't be confused initially, as they are part of the Cadillac of South Charlotte dealership onsite. With no exaggeration, this location over the past 7 years has overseen repairs for our Infiniti, Porsche, Lexus, Corvette, Alfa Romeo, and BMW. They made things back to "right" every-single-time. Bruce, the collision manager, is who you will ask for, and has easily over a decade working at this location alone. The knowledge and care of taking you through every step of your repair is what you will find at South Charlotte Collision.

The Collision Manager Bruce was very knowledgeable and Professional. He also provided transportation for me to pickup my car. Thanks for your help in a stressful situation.

Had to have my Sons truck repaired in the body shop, first you need to know this if a older truck, and the paint was going to be very hard to match, but Bruce and the crew went out of there way to make my Son who is serving his Country in the Marines very happy the truck looks great, and it was done in a timely manor...Definitively will recommend Cadillac of South Charlotte Body Shop..

My experience with the collision center was not great. Communication was generally poor and bordering on deceitful. They also missed their promised completion date by a couple weeks, but I think that's pretty normal for this type of business. During the repair process, I specifically confirmed that the clear bra replacement would be covered. Initially, it appeared on the estimate; however when they wrote up the final estimate it was not there. They now state that there was no clear bra on the front bumper and it should not have been covered, even after scheduling an appointment to have it put on. I should have been more careful about reviewing the fine print. If you do choose to use them for a repair, I would recommend reviewing each item line by line even if you have explicitly discussed it with the service adviser.
