I've rented from Southland mini storage for years, the prices are fair and I've never had any issues. I've always dealt directly with Rob (the owner) who's been friendly and responsive. It’s conveniently located in South Charlotte right off of South Blvd with easy in and out access.

The owner is an incredibly kind man. He worked with me and it meant everything due to my current unfortunate situation. The property is clean, the units are clean and with a locked & gated entrance, & surveillance. I'v3e never felt unsafe coming and going even if at 2am. Would Highly recommend! ?

Kim Miller is my name now formerly Phelps. I had a storage unit for many years. Rob is flexible and worked with me a lot when I was laid off from work. Very nice and a nice secured and secluded storage at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Southland Storage to anyone that needs storage.
