The absolute worst company to deal with as far as Internet is concerned!!!!! I have tried for 2 plus years to get a bill corrected n spoke to "leadership" n he said he would correct it n it would reflect on the next bill..... when I got the new bill it was NOT for the amount we talked about... customer service said he was not able to help me even though the notes said the same thing I told him but the new bill didn't reflect it........ All he could tell me was that he put a note in to have "leadership" call me back.... smh don't recommend them to no one.... As soon as this is taken care of I'm switching all my services from them..... they are horrible

Got my upgrade today from Steve! He was amazing today! Was able to help me with my plan as well as answered all my questions! Overall being here for 45 minutes all the staff was so professional and every customer left satisfied! Thank you!!

This place is horrible. My husband and I walked and was not greeted by anyone. We sat there for about 20 minutes and no one still said anything to us so we got up and left. All we wanted to do was ask questions about opening up a business account.

This is hands-down, the best T-Mobile store ever, me and my family came in and needed to switch over three phones which was very Time consuming but Store employee Raekwon was very patient and knowledgeable… this will be the only T-Mobile I go to from here on out!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Rep wouldn't even try to assist with issues that I was having. Although I pay T-Mobile, they instructed me to contact Sprint , who they bought over a year ago who was also no help and sent me back to T-Mobile. Finally I switched carriers because if they don't know who they are then how are their customers supposed to know. They treated me like a yo-yo and not a valued customer so I bounced

Today i went to the Pineville-Matthews Tmobile location and was helped by Jacob, he was so nice and professional with me and my two babies. He did a lot to help me with my situation. Tmobile definitely needs more employees like him. Would for sure recommend this place :)

Every time I walk in I have a bunch of questions and the staff here are very patient and professional!! My visits ends up with me walking out happy and walking out with something new!! Anthony was very patient and treated me kindness .... even though I had to call each daughter and bragging about the service while being helped!!

My mother and I had an amazing experience yesterday with Jacob at the 9105 Pineville-Matthews Rd, Pineville, NC location. My mother is elderly and was having trouble with her phone. Jacob, as soon as she came in, went in the back and rolled her out a comfortable chair. He listened patiently and intently to her troubles, was empathic when she was sad about losing precious voicemails on her phone from those who are no longer on this earth. When he didn't have the phone she needed, he found it at another store, wrote out the address, the promotion details and gave us permission to call if we had any troubles. I just switched carriers last week to another carrier and had a horrendous experience. Jacob left me wishing I had waited and switched to T-Mobile using his store. T-Mobile and his managers - do whatever you have to to hang on to Jacob. Support, promote and recognize the talent you have in this young man. He is a gift to your company and your brand!
