“Publix Super Market at Ballantyne located at 11222 Providence Rd W, Charlotte, NC 28277 is a quality Publix Grocery Store. Shelves were well stocked, and the store was very clean. Register employees were very friendly and welcoming.Only complain is the parking lot design. There should be directional signs elevated so that a driver coming in who isn’t familiar with the lot doesn’t enter the wrong way. The lot isn’t very wide either.”

There are also self checkout lanes, so you don't have to wait in line for a casher to check out. “The store is a very clean and trendy downtown location. Has street level parking garage with an elevator to the store on 2nd floor. The sandwich and deli bar is placed perfectly on the right as you enter the store.I work across the street and stop in often for sandwiches, $5 Wednesday sushi and groceries after work.All the employees are very friendly and quick.”

It’s so easy to find things around the store and when you can’t, the employees there are always helpful. We’ve only had one bad occurrence which i think is something that could be worked on. The cashiers ran up a red beat that came up as 10$ when the sign had said way less than that. We didn’t notice until we got home and it was to late to go back so we just left it alone. Other then that small mistake our experience has been great compared to competitors.”
