You can’t ruin nachos and cheese. However, none of the fountain drinks worked properly. Either not enough syrup or not enough carbonation.

Horrible service. I waited for 15 minutes in drive thru then left because they didn’t park the car ahead of me. Y’all need to park cars.

Pulled up to order and was told that their system was down. Placed a mobile order and was able to get my food that way. They did say they didn't have the cantina chicken which is annoying seeing as it's being promoted, also did not get the avocado salsa. Not sure if they just didn't want to make the food. Took nearly 20 minutes to get the food.

Went in line at 1:05am. Google says open til 3am on Saturdays. The drive thru attendant then proceeds to say DoorDash only?!Pull out of line. Attempt to make a pickup DoorDash order? Can’t even do that only delivery. So okay bet. I log in to my dasher account. My girlfriend orders DoorDash delivery. I accept the order as the dasher in the parking lot.The loops I had to go through to get Taco Bell at 1am is unacceptable.I beat the system regardless and got my Taco Bell but I should not have had to go through all that to pick up my own Taco BellAnyways. Food was great though and my hangover won’t be as bad now. Thanks.

Had a quick supper here before I headed back to work. The place has been remodeled and looks great ! The service is on point and friendly. The food was good but not overly exciting.Great effort and thank you !

Ordered pick up on the mobile app and waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes just to have multiple items missing. When we went back and asked for the missing items, they asked to park in front of the store and they will hand it to us. We waited for another hour and 40 minutes while reminding the staff multiple times that we want our items only to be told that it is being made and never coming back to us with the Missing items. Many other people in the drive thru line were also getting wrong orders and missing items and their queries were solved in a much shorter time. Have never waited this long for our order at a fast food/ drive thru place with this bad service before. It almost feels like our patience was being tested. I’m previous orders, this place has also messed up vegetarians orders and dietary restrictions. We will never be returning here ever again. Worst fast food experience ever.

We left because it was soooo Bad. One person was screaming for a refund and another customer had been waiting for a long time. Not sure what they were waiting for, but we didn't stay to find out. Beware.

The inflation was definitely felt here, never drank a freeze in such a small cup and they charged extra for lettuce in the crunch wrap?! Come on people this food officially is meant to have lettuce in it, you can’t take it out and then start charging extra to make it original.

The taco meat was horrible and the taco crumbled when I picked them up. I don't know if it was just that store because I haven't had Taco Bell in a while but, I'll try another store. Stay tuned.
