“It seems as if this Uhaul goes through a tremendous turnover and while I have had Great customer service back in the day, I have also had horrible customer service but WAIT!!!!!!! It's back to great again!!!!! So not sure how long this current GM (Zell) has been there but he is AWESOME! He was very pleasant to other customers while I was there. He was also very accommodating and made funny jokes while answering the phone when other U-haul locations called in. He was very patient, didn't seem like it was a bother to go get the vehicle, and was very receptive when I spoke with him about my rental. Keep him people if you want your reviews to go back to being Great! I always appreciate Great customer Service and look to that as my first indication of a business's performance. Thanks, Zell for showing customers that good customer service still can exist and that listening to a customer, right or wrong, makes an impression.
