I did a return here earlier today. The lady at the register must have been having a bad day because she was EXTREMELY RUDE. I don't come here often but based on the customer service I received today, I probably will not be back.
Some stores can find your purchase with the card you used to make the purchase. I asked if she could locate it with the card. She gave me a dirty look and said NO! I didn't have my receipt in hand and had to dig for it, but I knew I had it. It took me bout a minute or 2 but I found it. She seemed very frustrated. I apologized for not having it in my hand & she did say a word. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I love Windsor! Google says Windsor closes at 7pm on Sundays. It does not. It closes when Carolina Place Mall closes at 6pm on Sundays.

What a GEM! Was looking for a dress for a sweet 16 and was pleasantly surprised to stumble across this store. They have a fabulous selection and variety of classi, elegant, and chic dresses for a fraction of the cost. They have a variety of long to short dresses. Prom, formals, homecoming, and even dresses to use for a simple wedding. They also have regular clothing and a lot of accessories to match the dresses. I was able to snag a cute short green dress with a white furry cover up to use for the couch ceremony. All for less than $100. All the other stores i was looking at before, the dresses were $100+. I definitely recommend this store if you are looking for a party dress on a budget. The employees were super friendly and efficient. I went on a Sunday around 1 p.m., and it was busy. I had to wait in a long line to be able to use a fitting room. I waited about 30min and they have 6 fitting rooms. This is located inside Carolina Place Mall.

Workers seem to be profiling customers. I had a terrible experience here, I came to find dresses with my sisters and none of us had any large bags our purses were all small so I have no idea why they targeted us. We did ask for help but despite following us and watching us try on, since they followed us to the fitting rooms when we went to try on, they were not helpful at all. When we went to go pay, the lady who seemed to be the one that took up issue with us, refused to take cash since they needed close to exact change despite only having to give 30 dollars back. I have worked in retail for many years and not having 30 dollars to give back in change reflects in poor operational management. Shame on the manager and the employees that followed lead on absurd decisions.

Both workers on 09/14 around 11:30am were extremely rude.
0/10 on customer service. If you are going to work us customer service how about you try to be slightly pleasant? Especially to a 7 month pregnant person who is just watching someone try clothes on.

I love this store! Beautiful, affordable dresses for any formal occasion. I love that they have dresses for all body types too! I have a mommy tummy and I was able to find a dress that covered it up so that I felt confident and beautiful. I do wish they had a bigger selection of short dresses but you can buy online for a better selection. I took off a star because the shipping time for online orders is very bad. Don’t waste your time paying for express shipping because you won’t get it in time and they will not refund the extra shipping cost you pay. That has nothing to do with this location though. It’s very well kept and the employees are super nice. I will definitely come here for dresses from now on!

Ty the manager was amazing!! She went above and beyond finding a purse that was all silver for my daughter and she was super super friendly & nice! Great place to buy a prom dress and accessories

Went there to find a dress with my wifeWe found one that she wanted to try onThe lady running cash register told my wife that the dressing rooms are closed in the rudest way 1 hour before store closing.. Then she’s like whatever go already … in front of about 20 customers … so we decided to go into the dressing room and the lady said absolutely not y’all are not going in there. So we sat the dresses down and walked over to Dillards and spent $287 on dress …

We would like to shout out Priya at the Carolina Place Mall Windsor. My daughter and I went in looking for a dress for a wedding that I'm attending in October, unsure if I even knew what I was looking for, Priya greeted us and asked if I needed any assistance. She was patient as I rambled on about what my boyfriend wanted to wear, and how I wanted to ensure I match the fabric he chose. To make a long story short, Priya got to know my daughter and I during our short shopping visit. She was genuine and kind. There was another young woman there who assisted us too, however I didn't get her name, shout out to you too! It's encounters like these that remind me why I continue to choose kindness, you never know what someone is going through. Great experience, 10/10 will continue to shop here and refer friends!
