Never had a issue with them until I moved my belongings out of the unit, I left a few things in the unit and told the lady that they could have it and told her I left the unit unlocked. Here it is they called me 1 time left a message and then started calling my family so when I called back the lady told me that the latch broke and I was going to be charged for a latch that they broke ! The unit was locked so why would they break it? So thankfully I took pictures and video of what was left and how I closed the door!

I went there with a friend of mine, and she’s happy with the price of the storage unit, and security, I would recommend this storage company for military, or private storage units, when needed.

Called about vehicle storage. Very shady. Won't give location of storage. Did my own research and found out they store vehicles way out in Maysville. Got the run a round. Woman on the phone was rude too. I'd look elsewhere for storage.
And smug replies just make you look worse.
When you discover that on two occasions rude service was delivered, a simple apology works well.

I called earlier the person said there is available storage but came to the place the lady in front said no available just wasted our time driving.

Got a 26ft bed truck from them last minute to get my stuff moved from my appartment to a local rental home. The truck was very good for the move, perfect size. Drove very good too. I was very intimidated to drive it seeing as it was the biggest vehicle I’ve ever driven. Let me tell you though, I felt like a king in a throne driving that thing down the road. I was at least 6 feet above the roof of anyone else’s car. Truly an experience and I’m glad Semper Fi Storage could help me.

Friendly staff, good locations. Would have rated higher, but almost everytime I go there to pay my bill, no one is in the office. The sign on the door says they are on site helping others, but when I drive around the Compound there is never anyone around helping or not.

Amazing people they took care of my vehicle for 3 years while I was overseas and it look the same maybe better when I got it back. No hassle no fuss no hidden fees or agenda they treat you like family and take care of you keeping you in the loop every step of the way. If I need to store a vehicle or anything they are the family you want to have your back.

Everything was good just when you get there make sure you have a credit card or a bank card, I was told I can use my vemo card and I couldn't.
