There was some confusion over a few things due to me getting extremely sick and my boyfriend returning the rental for me, the staff was absolutely amazing and worked with us and was beyond fair in their dealings. If great customer service is important to you then THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!”

“We rented a Uhaul from Pops shop. They were great. If you order a Uhaul for King NC Uhaul automatically sends it to here. The Uhaul rental place in King would not help us even though they had two 26' trucks and I order the uhaul for that location. Pops shop was very accommodating and genuine. I highly recommend them.”
