worst mail lady ever!!! she doesn't even ATTEMPT to deliver our packages. we have seen it on our security cameras multiple times. then they turn around and return it to sender because my work hours are the same and I couldn't get there in time to get the package. then I call to complain, and they take up for her and said she doesn't have to attempt to deliver it if she doesn't feel safe. I get you don't like dogs but why can't she pull in the driveway and honk the horn for someone to come out and get it, that's all I have asked. Amazon, fed ex, literally anyone else gets out of the car and comes right to the door with no problem and delivers our packages! this is ridiculous!!! if i could choose another post office i would.

The past 5 times I’ve been here, the 30-something-aged employee that everyone is talking about is curt, rude, and makes me feel like an idiot, every, single, time. Am I not allowed to ask simple and easy to answer questions about what is considered a fragile piece of mail? Pinnacle is such a warm and friendly neighborhood and we deserve better than this. I (along with several others I’ve talked to) will not ever be back.

The woman working was so rude and I've seen numerous reviews in particular about her being this way. Maybe it's time she finds a job that suits her attitude bc working with the public clearly is not it. It's time for her to move on.

Beyond useless. Government at it's worst.
Stupid people, I can deal with. But lazy AND stupid is too much.
Our lazy mail carrier didn't even bother to load a small package in her vehicle and deliver it (even though we PAID FOR DELIVERY), because it would have necessitated her to get out of her disgusting car. She just left it at the post office. The manager, who condones and encourages this ineptitude, is 100% the problem.
Amazing how every other delivery service manages to deliver packages of all sizes, but the lazy, stupid Post Office can't be bothered to DO THEIR JOB.

There’s a young girl with brown short hair that works there at the Pinnacle Post Office in North Carolina. She clearly hates her job and she has got to be one of the most hateful unfriendly person I have ever met.

There is a girl that works at the Pinnacle post office that is tall skinny with dark brown hair that is the most rudest, unfriendly, negative human being that there ever was. Everyone in town complains about her and the post office does nothing about it. I don’t know how she keeps her job. I know go to the pilot mountain post office just to avoid this nasty vile individual and I live right down the road from the pinnacle post office.

As a visitor from Buffalo, N.Y. I visited this post office twice. Pleasant as I am...the young lady employee thin, brown shoulder length hair..needs severe lessons on her personality with the public! Told her to have a nice Easter..."no reply"...told her to have a nice day..."no reply!" Sorry to inconvenience this young lady!!!

Half the time we receive no mail, mail is delivered at all different times. I’ve had numerous packages tracked showing in pinnacle post office for two days plus more that do not get delivered.

The Folks that work in my Local Post Offices are Very Nice to me and I never ha e issues with them personally but once in a while when I'm expecting Packages from out of State so.ewhere between point A and Point B a Package will Not follow it's typical Route that it's supposed to be on and that will cause the package to arrive Later than Expected. It happens because someone puts it in the wrong Bin in a Distribution Center and then it goes out on the wrong Truck. But not sure if those people are even technically Employed by USPS. I think USPS Pays the Distribution Center to separate all the Mail and that's where the issues occur. So that Is Not the fault of the Workers at the Post Offices.
