They are so bad that I bought my tank so I could go elsewhere. Expect a minimum of two weeks for a refill. Customer service is miserable but I guess that is understandable with all the complaints they get.

Customers service is very nice, but I get told different things depending who I talk to. Classic big company move. No one is responsible for the mistakes and I’m left with an empty tank and no real solution or make up. Bad company bad business, I’d be careful with these guys.

Great service, competitive prices, and nice folks to deal with. I buy exclusively from Ferrellgas.
