Is this particular subway it a hit or miss! Somedays, when I order from here, the customer service is incredible. ( at lunch time.) Then, other times, like today late afternoon, the customer service sucks.

Subway closes 20 min early wouldn't make me a sub was told that was the last one she was making 2 people in front of me also walked away. Can't shower cause they have no towels this place is a joke. Hope pilot brings in a good manager to get things in order. Always love stopping at pilot never had any issues before now.

Just stopped for fuel and a subway sandwich. I can see the hours of operation is open online. I can also see ladies working the counter actually making sandwiches. When I approached the counter I was told they were not open?!Sad. Bummer!Well goodbye a longtime subway customer.

Hard to go wrong with subway, great food made your way, don't get in a rush, you will have a meal prepared like you want it at a very reasonable price as today's prices are, enjoy

Slow service. They don't even acknowledge you are at the counter. Maybe it was the time we arrived but I think it was very unprofessional.
