When travelling back home from the beach, our car started having troubles and we rolled up to see if they could take a look. They still took us in even though their calendar was fully booked when we couldn't turn the car back on after stopping. After diagnosing that the engine needed major repairs and would need to get towed to a dealership, they helped us coordinate handing off the key the next day as everyone was closing down for the day by that point. We were offered assistance well past what was professionally necessary - Charles's wife even stopped by and checked on us when we were waiting for a ride home hours past close!
