I had a bad experience returning a truck for my boss recently. The employee made it seem as if we were inconveniencing him. The doors were locked early, an hour before close too which was odd. People have bad days, I'm a human I get it. But it was the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time.

I called on the week of the 4th of July, the man helped me pick out the right truck and the right station for return, and all went quite well. The only thing I didn't like was, but not their fault, that it smelled a little bit like cigarettes. Bu that's about any truck rental I've ever used.
