While I cannot speak for the establishment or the other staff members, the gentleman working the register at 8:45 a.m. on Friday June 20th could be watched with a closer eye/held more accountable.

I WENT IN THE STORE IN POLKTON EXXON TO GET A PIZZA THE LADY ( TALL BLACK WOMAN ) BEHIDE THE COUNTER WAS LYING ON THE OTHER TABLE IN THE KICTHEN ON HER PHONE SHE LOOK AROUND AND ASK CAN I HELP YOU. I ASK HER IS THE PIZZA READY BECAUSE I DIDNT SEE ANY SHE SAID NO IT WAS GOING TO BE AN HOUR BEFORE SHE HAD ANY READY AND STATED THAT IF I WANTED RIGHT AWAY I SHOULD HAVE CALLED IN TO PLACE THE ORDER. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND HATEFUL

Just plain bad service. The woman at the register couldn’t be bothered with ringing up my order between flirting with the previous customer and playing with her phone. I paid for a piece of sausage from the back before having it in hand. I did this because I could not get anyone to come to the counter in the back. I tried to get their attention and no one would respond. While at the register after finally getting my order paid for, I asked the individual running the register if she could let them know there was a customer. it only made sense as she could walk to their area to let them know. Apparently this was too much to ask and would interrupt her incessant messaging with whomever she was texting. As luck would have it when the person from the back came forward. She was more than happy to make me aware that the item I had purchased was no longer available. I made her aware that had she been paying attention or listening previously we could have avoided all of this. She made me aware that my new item may cost more, at which point I made them all aware in the store that it would not cost more and that she should provide the same value Immediately. She proceeded to do so and all is well in the world. All is well in the world, as I have consistently used this store one to five times per week for the last two years. It only takes one occurrence of ignorance for me to not return. we have met that number today. Not that my small purchase will make any difference in the store’s bottom line, but I figured I would let everyone know my feelings on this very inconvenient convenience store.

Service was same and busy as usual..very busy..as all gas stations..but friendly people and comfortable environment to tap to pay for my gas and junk food! Everything u need in 1 place! Exxon is the place!! I give it 5 stars!!!✨??????
