Staff was very accommodating. They came immediately when one of the tires blew out on the golf cart. They also didn't hesitate to change my golf cart even the one I was initially given was driving to slow. Great service!

Cart was at house when we arrived. We used them last year and had an issue that was fixed immediately. We had no problems this year. We didn't use the cart as much this time because we didn't feel comfortably driving on Duck Rd. as our house was about 2 miles from the center of Duck and other drivers were not pleased with the 20 MPH speed. Lots of cars and big trucks passing us and blowing their horns. We got the message.

OBX Beach Buggies was great! The cart was waiting for us when we arrived. The family loved using it to tool around without have to use our large vehicles. Convenient and fun! And hassle free to reserve and turn in! See you next year!!

This was our second time to use OBX Beach Buggies. Cart was delivered to our rental on time but did not start when we went to use it on day 2 of our vacation. The problem was battery was not plugged in correctly. Contacted them and they promptly gave us a one day credit. Otherwise, a five star experience.

We stayed in the green zone about 2 miles north of Duck so it was great to take into town and even better to get our stuff to the beach access. We had a problem with our cart and they sent a great tech, he found the problem right away, took it to the shop, fixed it and returned it within a few hours. Definitely recommended

Golf cart was in our driveway all ready to go when we arrived. It was great for loading beach gear and getting people to the beach. We also took in on local trips into Duck for groceries and ice cream!

Renting a buggy was the best decision for our OBX vacation! It made getting around so much easier, especially going to the beach with all our stuff! Plus, the kids really enjoyed cruising around. The ease of it being dropped off and picked up was perfect! We highly recommend renting one!

We rented an LSV golf cart for a week in Corolla. A couple days after we arrived we noticed that even at full charge the golf cart wouldn’t go above 15mph. I texted them and they came right out to address the situation. They switched out our golf cart with another. Unfortunately that golf cart had a brake problem and Nathan was literally there in 5 min to help us out. We decided to take the other golf cart back and they offered us a refund for most of the days. Customer service was fantastic. They answered us right away and came out to us as soon as they could. Listen things happen and not everything is going to go perfect. They were able to make a bad situation good and we thankful for that!!

First time using obx beach buggies and everything was great. Cart arrived on time ready to go. We had a concern about the charger working and they came right out checked it to make sure everything was great.

Second year renting an LSV from beach buggies. Cart has been at our rental upon arrival and in good condition. One issue with the battery last year was quickly addressed. We will be looking to rent again next year and would definitely recommend.
