I also had a flat in my trunk that needed work and said I would bring it by in a few weeks. They recommended I pursue the warranty on the tire for a discount on unused tread first. They could’ve just sold me extra tires I’d never had been the wiser. It’s was such refreshing honesty, I was floored. They really give small town, family friendly vibes. “I have purchased 3 Silverado's from Kenly Chevrolet a 2015 and 2 2023's this year. This is by far the best Chevrolet dealership in NC they are upfront and honest. THEIR IS NO DELEAR MARKUP, I visited 4 other dealership in the local area and all of their vehicles on the lot were marked up above sticker,(calling it a market adjustment) they do not do that art Kenly Chevrolet they treat you like they treat their family fairly and with respect. “My wife and I, and our two dogs were traveling across country to visit family for the holidays from upstate NY through SC and FL when suddenly the engine light came on, our car was shaking violently, and the engine began misfiring. As it was late at night, a few minutes after 6pm, every mechanic within a 25 mile radius was either closed or unable to see us, except for Mike’s Auto. Despite it being a few minutes before closing, their professional and skilled mechanics took us in, diagnosed the issue (spark plug and core pack died) and repaired it within a matter of minutes. They even took a special trip to the auto parts store to get the parts they needed for the repair. They were extremely kind, courteous, professional and showed us true southern hospitality (despite our being Yankees with two big dogs). Their mechanics Madison and Mike were the pinnacle of professionalism, honesty, transparency and their communication/customer service was the best we’ve ever received. They truly saved our Christmas and we don’t know what we would’ve done without them. “My family and I were traveling on I-95 at 9:30 at night (we are not from the area)…when one of our tires was losing air fast. We called Mike’s and they arrived within 15 minutes and plugged the hole in our tire within 10 minutes. We were back on the road in no time. The man who helped us was the nicest person!
