“First off I want to say being a Mercedes Benz owner you want the very best for your vehicles or any vehicles for that matter but when you have a luxury brand it comes with a cost to keep up. I wasn't looking for a Auto Place I just took it to Mercedes, WHY because you always feel that is all they work on right? Well what about your tech that leaves and works for a place like Eurofed one never thinks about that. When I say from start to finish these guys are amazing. When I showed up I added one additional service the tech drove right down the street picked my parts up from Mercedes and I was done with my Service B in a hour. Last but not least you feel sorta crazy when you know you would have spent over 1500 and most of that is the ridiculous labor fees Mercedes Charges because of brand. My total was right at 600. I found this location reading comments on someone page that is a Mercedes owner on TIKTOK. I looked up reviews and really read what people said not just about saving but customer service as well. I have OCD so when I went in the bathroom and it smelled amazing and very clean :) SOLD its the little things for me”

He was very kind and followed up so well for the next few days, making it very comfortable and trustworthy for me to leave my car. They were finished on time, but then noticed a small crack.2. They called to let me know about the issue and gave me some options.3. They told me, "We should have caught it, so we'll cover the extra bit." (Who does that anymore?!?)4. “I noticed the tire pressure low indicator came on one morning in my car while visiting my family in Atlanta. It was a cold morning so I know likely might be due to the weather, but wanted to make sure there is no slow leak because i was traveling long distance next day. Took my car to Mazda dealer and they couldn't help me until later that day and recommended me to to to Mavis place. I got there and explained the situation...Ian was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me by checking to make sure no nails in my tires and turned out all my 4 tires pressure were low. Ian took care of it for me without charging any. I tried to pay and neither Ian nor his boss would let me. Next time I am in Atlanta and need any car service, i would definitely go to Mavis. Highly recommend them!!”

“I don't write reviews a lot, but doing one for this shop is not a waste of my time.I'm not good at writing essay, long story short, My car has been there since 2023 March, it's finally fixed but waiting for the final invoice paperwork from the insurance company. It's been nine months, could be done next month or I am expecting more time.All the stresses I've been through during these nine months were unnecessary. I'd say if I come back again, I will just leave everything to Joe and stop worrying about it. Built the trust with this shop the first time I'm working with them.P.S - This shop was recommended by my car accidents lawyer Jay. If you were too, trust both of them.I can only see this business is getting busier and building more loyal customers as long as Joe runs it. It makes me feel they are going beyond or surpass what a regular auto shop suppose to do.If in the future, you are experiencing the same like my case, leave it the them and stop worrying about it.
