“Thank you Alex and Matthew for getting my car fixed and on the road again. I made the mistake of taking it to a repair shop trying to save some money and they completely mis diagnosed my car and told me I needed a new motor and charged me several thousand dollars and it would barely run when I picked it up. My friend recommended Alex Automotive and I took it there. Matthew was very helpful and courteous and reassured me they could get me back on the road. The Tech did the diagnostic and Matthew walked me through the process of the repair. They fixed the mess the other shop screwed up an fixed the real problem. I had to take it back because the engine light came back on and Alex got that fixed for me. Folks, take your Benz to Alex Automotive, they know their stuff. They are honest, courteous, walked me through every step of my repair. Alex Automotive has my business from now on.

Research online led me to European Service Center for quality of work, fair and reasonable prices and trustworthiness.They had the vehicle history on Carfax. I am driving through all 50 states. They listened to my concerns. They completed a multi-point vehicle inspection. Added spark plugs and rear brake pads w/rotors, cabin filter and oil change. OEM parts. All work completed while I waited in their comfortable waitroom. Price $1259.16. Very satisfied. Thank you.”

had my car towed to MBS and they were able to determine it was tire sensors that were triggering the problems.
we were on our way to see family, so couldn't wait overnight, so they drove me to the nearby car rental and then acted as point of contact for the car transport company, who picked up my car and delivered to our location.
they didn't see me at my finest, given the drama of earlier in the day and were great at identifying the problem and helping me to continue on my route.

“I did buy they used BMW from this facility. This experience mostly went very well. The assistant that helped me which is Hassen Beshir was outstanding. He is very nice, went out of his way to be helpful and knowledgeable about the car. The car itself is outstanding though it does have an electrical glitch that I am having to get fixed. It is covered by warranty, so that is not a big deal. The trade-in value I received for my vehicle was very good to great. The price for the vehicle I bought was OK to Good. So I was happy in those respects. There were a couple of issues that bother me with the purchase. First off was the staff trying to push thousands and thousands of dollars of service plans and the like on to me when I was finishing the purchase. This facility is not a BMW facility and I don’t know why they were thinking that they were going to do all of the work for this car. I found that to be pushy and honestly a little inappropriate. The other problem that I have is that they do not get your tag sent to you. You have to go to the DMV to pick up your tag that they file for you. And they do not tell you when it will be ready. So I had to go multiple times to the DMV and I was told that it was not ready. I finally got the tag right before the temporary tag wore out. But that took a lot of time and that was completely unnecessary. I have bought multiple vehicles all over the state and in other states and I have never had a place that refused to get the tag mailed to you. I did not like that at all. And I will be hesitant to buy a car from this facility again because of that. But now that it’s all said and done, I am happy with the deal I got, and I’m happy with the car. And again my assistant was outstanding, and none of the problems that I had with this facility are related to him.”
“Great mechanics! They are very friendly and transparent and have very reasonable prices. I had received a quote from another larger mechanic shop and the price seemed higher than it should be. Kwan was able to take a look at it and had a much lower, more reasonable price and also offered an alternative solution. I will be coming back for as long as I'm in the area. I highly recommend at least giving them a chance!”
