Picked up a load with Gerardo Tinoco, Load #17386130 pickup 11/19/23. Load was not ready from Smithfield. Waited till Monday 1100 am, load was not ready. Dropped the load with agreement from broker. Broker refused to pay detention or TONU. Stay safe.

Booked a load with Chris Gaskin from Carrollton TX to Mc Leansville NC on Friday 03/11/2022. Driver was coming from Paris TX, had over two hours to go to pick up the load. 30 miles away from the pickup broker cancelled the load with no TONU granted!All this happened late in the afternoon when there was no chance to recover the truck. Moreover, they’ve been telling me that we are all good and the shipper will wait for the driver till 17:00 with me giving the broker precise ETA. Just ridiculous how brokers work these days.
