I wouldn't of even given them a 1 star ..the pharmacist is rude as he'll, she hates her job.. don't go to this pharmacy!!!!! That's why their almost out of business...one person tells you one thing and you call back and another person tells you something different!! The pharmacist says she refills your prescriptions when she wants too.. and sometimes she refills 2 days early and sometimes she dont.. NOTHING IS CONSISTENT AT THIS PHARMACY..sometimes you call and they don't know what's going on...smh it's embarrassing whoever owns this pharmacy to still employ the pharmacist when everyone says the exact same thing about her....I've called to refill before and they said okay and call back and they don't have the prescription lol..like I said nothing is consistent, this pharmacy is a complete mess and they will not get another dime of my money!!!I highly don't recommend

This has been my pharmacy for 25 years. Maybe about a year ago. The worst place ever. The staff not friendly and the new pharmacist a black lady. Never seen nothing like her. She came along changing rules because she can.Her excuse was we're in a crisis due to narcotics. She we are but she can't change it.

Used to love this pharmacy but within the last year it has gone downhill. More than twice I've had issues getting mine and my child's prescriptions filled. Add to that I called one afternoon around 2 to see if my script was ready and the lady's response was nonchalantly "No, noone checked the system for refills that had been sent over today". The staff there now aren't exactly the friendliest either. Switched over to another pharmacy!

If I could give this place no stars I would. They are always losing prescriptions. I have the text message that the doctor sent over my prescription but magically it’s not in your system, something is wrong. I used to speak highly of this pharmacy, but I do not anymore. I have already switched my pharmacy. Do not waste your time coming here.

Since 1984 Barbee Pharmacy has been the only pharmacy. I use I know people get tired and move on in their lives. If anyone knows Sprite Barbee please ask him take back his business.Expected for few employees.The worst pharmacy in the county

If I coupd give 0 stars I would! I came in to drop off a package and was told they'd be RIGHT with me I have been waiting for 25 minutes! Yes you heard me right I'm in the store right now!! Waiting for assistance!!! There are atleast 4-5 employees in the building and I haven't recieved ANY help!! You should ALWAYS have someone at tge front register!! DON'T IGNORE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!

I am having so many careless problems with the pharmacy. I have been with Barbee Pharmacy for well over 10 years, and until recently, with the new staff, I have encountered so many problems. My medicine has been filled wrong and when I went to talk to the pharmacist, she first said they filled my medicine by last prescription. When I pointed it out the original prescription dates, she then said they didn't have the new prescription on file when the prescription was filled. Again, I pointed out to her the new prescription was filled last month and that didn't make any sense said the pharmacist said what do you want me to do. All I can say is your medicine will be filled correctly next time while laughing. I told her my concerns about them killing people by not following the prescriptions as written by the doctor and she just shrugged her shoulders and said she keeps going around and around with me and she doesn't understand my concern. I will be taking this to the highest authority because this carelessness can kill someone. she never answered any of my questions and never even tried to correct the issue. Never took responsibility for the pharmacy/pharmacist making a mistake. I have reported this to my doctor with pictures and the dates that the prescriptions were submitted to the pharmacy.

Took a package to get sent off since they do ups now the lady didn't give me tracking info and when i call back not to mention went up there again the head cashier gave me so much attitude Barbee you lost a good customer ❗

I moved to the area about a year and a half ago. I proactively switched my prescriptions to this pharmacy so it would be a seamless transition. I ensured my doctor's had the new information and I ensured the same for the pharmacy. I even did several follow-up calls because the pharmacist kept insisting that they never received the scripts I was trying to refill. So the first time I show up, the inside is closed and I hit up the drive-thru. They tell me once again, the doctor didn't send the script...what the heck! I know she did, I never had a problem prior to this pharmacy. Why didn't they contact me to let me know there was a pending issues? I noticed that there was someone behind me and it was taking a long time so I offered to drive around so they could take care of the other person. Was the kindness repaid? Pssshh, nope. The pharmacist came to the drive thru window to basically double-down and ensure I knew she was right and I was wrong. I believe I had to navigate around this so we could focus on the real issue! Then they sent me away so they could begrudgingly work on it again. When I picked it up, they made sure the pharmacist did the hand-off so she could communicate her displeasure with me and that she'd like me to not return. She didn't say this, trust me though I heard her loud and clear. Fast forward to a year later, I decide to try and transfer my prescriptions again to start using this pharmacy (as it's local and the most convenient for me). They already have my information in the system, I requested the transfer and....nothing. No communication no follow-up phone call, as I was directed would happen according to their website. Now why is it that they have a website to do all of this? Oh, because it's 2022 and we like to have multiple ways to communicate with businesses without lengthy phone calls. It's definitely a pet peeve when this service is offered and it goes no where. I don't want to call or stop in because this was the option you offered me. Why does the consumer have to hunt down the business to give them money? Nope. You're done Barbee!

Worst pharmacy in Raeford! Terrible service. My father has dementia and I moved from Montréal Canada ?? to take care of him. I’ve been picking up his medication from almost 2 years. I have full power of attorney with all his medical and financial issues. He was taken by ambulance to First Health yesterday and today. They allowed me to bring him home at 0300pm. Received 4 text messages from Barbee’s Pharmacy saying that his prescriptions were ready and I could pick them up. I get to the drive through window and I’m asked for ID. I produced 2 pieces of identification and was told I couldn’t have his RX… ?!?!I’ve been picking up ALL his prescriptions for close to two years! Rude and extremely unorganized. I cannot count how many times I’ve been there and they don’t have enough of the medication ?. Will never ever go there again.
