This shop used to be so good. Ever since Covid the service is rushed and the work doesn’t last past a week and a half. I pay the price given and tip every time. The past few times my nails have come off like they are press ons by me just sitting in my tub or me just walking around. It’s almost as though it’s intentionally not being put on to last anymore so we can come back sooner. I’ve never had this issue with any other place but this one. I’ve paid $150 for nails and even after 3.5 weeks there is no lifting and the nails are durable so I’m very aware of how quality nails should be, I’m also not one to complain because I understand that customer service can be a hard job within its self, Hopefully they can improve this for everyone else, I personally won’t be returning.

rushed to do my nails, had bubbles all in them and pieces of hair in between coats, kept leaving from doing my nails to tend to do other services for people, the woman and man started talking and laughing when I asked for them to fix my nails because they were not filed on the sides and were way too wide and got aggravated and told me next time I need to know what I want before coming in. My toe nail was hurting so bad by the second day I looked at it and it was so thick had lumps of acrylic under my actual toe nail. Worst 90 dollars I ever spent.

Won’t be going back after today. Unfortunately one of the nail techs decided to talk about me while I was there. Made me feel uncomfortable, I think her name is Nikki. Very unprofessional and inappropriate comments.

They are so unprofessional. Got my feet done they rushing and then when I asked for the other lady it was a problem but she can't do nails bc she thinks so so pretty.I see why you all lose a lot of business.whenever a customer walks out they talk about them I witnessed it myself.Services: Foot massage

Went in for one repair and my nail is crooked they barely put acrylic on my nails the side of it is still gooey from the acrylic HORRIBLE SERVICE ? POOR QUALITY , the paint also looks bumpy
