I called them a few times, and no one ever answered. I let it ring for quite a while too. I'm sure that they have a lot to do with online shopping being so big, but still... Answer your phone.
Side note: I haven't physically gone in there for a while, but when I have they have been polite, and helpful.

I had to send a package and the postal worker was very helpful, thanks for the wonderful service.

had a great experience today 6/24 dropped off a package to the office and the employee Jamal was very attentive and helpful. I did get confused with the QR codes issued through my email via Poshmark but Jamal was very patient. We need more people like him who are excellent w customer service.
