My mother and I called the store and made an appointment with Jake for the following morning. My mother was on a time crunch because of additional appointments and Jake not only had us in and out with the amount of time we had to work with but he was patient, thorough, and offered to help if my mother had any additional questions. He went above and beyond. If you are need of cell or home internet Jake is definitely the young gentleman you want to speak with.

Tyrese is hands down the best representative we have worked with a this location. He not only helped us get new phones but also helped us save money even with adding additional lines to our account.I hope he stays at this location because he definitely is an amazing guy.

We just had a great experience with Jacob O. We walked in with questions about getting my husband an updated plan and then adding me to it, and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and PATIENT with us throughout the whole (long) process. We have been Kindof dreading checking this off of our to-do list, but it ended up being painless and actually kindof enjoyable.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this store and I must say, the sales representative I interacted with was incredibly good and patient. Junior took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and provided me with the best recommendations. He was knowledgeable about the products and didn't rush me into making a decision.
Additionally, I was impressed by how nice and clean the store was. It was well-organized, with everything neatly displayed and easy to find. The ambiance was inviting and made for a pleasant shopping experience.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this store and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great shopping experience with helpful, and well dressed patient staff in a clean and welcoming environment.

I was in need of a new iPad and Junior hooked it up. He was very knowledgeable and not only did I leave with a new iPad, I ended up with a cheaper monthly bill as well. 10/10 would recommend.
