There’s a worker that’s in the deli who’s constantly giving amazing service. I believe he said is name was Charles but I can say he’s respectful & very patient. I have encountered other deli workers & some will lose patience with me & ignore me standing there while waiting for help. May there be a better service or new staff similar to Charles bc I love shopping at Walmart and I’ve been going here for years now. Looking forward to progress from the deli ?

It's walmart, so there's always something entertaining going on. I really only shop here when I need to, this one has mostly self checkout all the time and I am not a fan. Lots of low or empty shelves here, but I did get a killer deal on tires.
Store is clean and employees are always helpful and friendly.

Don’t go here for baby formula. You will wait 30-45 min regardless of time of day. It’s not a one-off thing either. It’s been like this for 3 months. We shouldn’t have to go searching the store for someone with a key. Despite inter coming multiple times they don’t do their job. Clearly they need staff changes or something. Every single time we go, and other people it is like this. There will be multiple people waiting just to get food for their children, only to sit there for over 45 min, then take their time taking it to the front of the store because you can’t carry it yourself. It’s bad enough to wait for someone to open it only to wait 10 more minutes to Actually BUY it… smh just go to southern pines
To this one lovely woman’s credit, she always goes with us all over to demand someone open the case for us and a few other moms waiting. The few amazing employees sadly. She is a gem.

Only have 2 lanes open and can’t use self checkout with more than 15 items now. I avoid Walmart at all costs now because of this.

This location has started shutting down self checkout if you have more than 15 items in your cart. Both self checkout lanes are almost completely empty. One register is opened with 4 people will full carts in line and adding up. How effing sad. Change it back.

There was open food packages everywhere. Asked them to bring up a TV I was going to purchase. Did a little more shopping. Found a diaper genie for 19.99 on clearance. Got up to register to check out the genie ring up for 39.99. "What". They were in the wrong spot. Asked for the TV and it was never brought up. Guess I will be looking to buy somewhere else

People I work for have no home training ? ? no respect that part other people works are nice place sucks poor managers 45are good overall poor lots kisses but there shoppers are awesome ?
