This place is a scam!!!! Pick another place!!!
Not from this area, I dropped my car off and first they couldn’t find my key which I dropped in the drop box. Then once they started working on it they told me they don’t know what’s wrong with it and that it might never work again. It should be noted I told him I believe it’s the starter!!!! I’m familiar with my own car! He also insinuated that the tow truck guy might of messed with it. But I drove behind him the whole time in another car. After a day and a half of no information about what’s wrong or how they can fix it, I informed him I’ll tow it to the dealership’s mechanic because they are the ones who usually services my car in another city. The next phone called I received was “your car is good as new and up and running”. It was the starter!!!
I don’t know how many young females they try to scam thinking they don’t know much about cars but please be aware of this place!!!!

My 80 year old mother went into the travel office and talked with Sylina Fonville to try and set up an emergency trip for me and her to leave ASAP to Grand Island Nebraska. The trip itself was to visit a friend in the hospital we were not sure was going to be with us much longer. Not only did Sylina handle my mother with the delicacy that was needed in the situation, but worked through some amazing hurdles (small town, super small airport, bad weather conditions, etc.). Sylina was amazing to work with and we both appreciate the hard work she put into making the trip happen. I do not feel we could have even come close to what Sylina accomplished for us. I would recommend working with Sylina Fonville for your travel needs.

I needed to get a lot of maintenance items done to my car plus I needed new tires. This is my only vehicle so it is important to me to have the work done right the first time. The customer service was amazing. I was sent text messages and an email with the vehicle report that included pictures of my vehicle for the work that needed to be done and future items to take care of. The work was completed promptly and I picked my car up the next day. This was my first time going to AAA but I am definitely going to be a return customer. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best experiences I had with an auto mechanic. George provided the most amazing customer service and clearly explained the process and options. He helped an otherwise stressful situation become less so. I left feeling as though I had been treated with respect and integrity.

Brandon N. assisted me with my car services. He was great! He was professional, explained everything well & made sure I understood, honest, & was personable. I love their standard of preventive maintenance which saves you time & money in the long run. Also, I'm happy that they did not leave dirty fingerprints in my car. I was very satisfied with the above & beyond service I received.

Sylina provided great customer service and went above and beyond. I called and she told me she would stay to help me out after her shift to ensure I got my IDP before I deployed on Wednesday. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on the whole process while making me feel very welcomed to the AAA location in Raleigh.
