Their driver hit me with a company vehicle in an accident that was clearly his fault then made false allegations saying that I threatened him after I offered to let him go being that my trailer was only mildly damaged. I guess it was so shocking to have someone be nice, now this company will be paying for my repairs.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I definitely do not recommend doing business with this Aaron’s. For context, I’m a teacher with kids on a tight schedule.
First, I was sold a beautiful sectional I was excited to receive and was told my couch would be delivered the next business day (which was Monday) between 11am-2pm. The man (dark skin, bald with glasses usually at the front desk, had made this accommodation bc he knew my schedule was tight). When I called to get an update that Monday afternoon at 1:30pm, they told me the couch would not be delivered at the time I was told because the employees had came to work late and rerouted the deliveries without notifying me, so because of this the delivery had to be rescheduled. It was then rescheduled to Friday between 11am-2pm. My husband called today Friday morning at 11:30am. He was told the couch once again, the couch would not be delivered at that time and the employee Rashad hung up on him.
By this time, we are disappointed and decided to just cancel the delivery and get our deposit back. When I called Aaron’s back, once again on the phone with Rashad, he was extremely rude and didn’t allow me to speak or ask any questions about the refund, then as he finished talking he immediately hung up the phone. This was my first time dealing with Aaron’s and it will be my last. I will be reporting this specific store and have them reevaluate their employees. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Worst customer service ever, the manager and the entire staff needs to be replaced!! If you go to Aaron’s don’t go to the capital blvd location!!! Everything about that store is horrendous and ridiculous!!

Let me start by saying never did I ever think that I would ever have to leave a bad review for an Aaron’s. I have been an Aaron’s customer for well over 15 years, I have leased from them, purchased from them, and have always had great customer service and experiences with them, until now.
Recently moved to NC in the Raleigh area, and immediately noticed the poor customer service in the area in general. I am a reviewer of both good and bad, and it saddens me that I have to leave this review about an Aaron’s but here it is…….
I placed an online order a little less than a week ago, and generally I would get a follow up email or phone call from the local store to confirm the details of the order and delivery, however this time, I did not receive either. I made an effort on multiple occasions to contact the local store to follow up myself, on the first call, a young lady told me that I would have to call back (red-flag #1), on the second call, I was told that the store manager would have to handle the order and he was not available but would call me back, I left my name and contact number, never received a call back (red-flag#2), so again a few days later I decided another call attempt and was literally placed on hold for so long that I finally just decided to just hang up.
I then decided to just wait until the day of delivery (which was supposed to be today) to see if maybe the store was just going to do a blind delivery without even confirming details, (never happened), so I again decided to give the store 1 more phone call to see what in the world was going on with the order. I asked to speak with the store manager and was again told that he is unavailable and would not be back in until Monday.
At this point, I had enough of the shenanigans and was speaking with someone who identified themselves as the Sales Manager who located the order in the system and told me that their truck was held up in Charlotte due to the weather. I responded back by saying that the weather was bad yesterday, which had nothing to do with today and my multiple attempts to get questions answered earlier in the week with no resolve. So basically all I was getting was excuses for the unprofessional behaviors that occurred all week long and the fact that at no time has the store every attempted to make any contact with me was the bigger issue.
I contacted the customer support line to file a complaint and request that the order be cancelled at this point. The agent sent a message to the store to request cancellation of the order in their system. And Ironically while I am typing this review, for the very first time since ordering online, I received a text message reminding me about auto pay. (The Audacity!!), I guess they realized that I have removed my card from their database since I have requested the order to be cancelled. There is absolutely no way I would allow my card to be charged for merchandise that I do not have in my possession, so there is no need to have my card information on file as I know for a fact, that I will not be patronizing this location again.
THE worst experience with Aaron’s in the 20 years that I have been doing business with Aaron’s in various states.

They have the worst customer service ever we brought a tv and it cracked we asked them can they replace it and they said no so we paying on a tv that we can’t even watch anymore but wants us to keep paying on it

Worse customer service ever. It has become apparent to me that poor customer service is the norm here in Raleigh. I ordered some furniture to rent until my furniture arrives from my previous home. Was told by Friday now it's going to be Monday . I called the store and the man I spoke to was not very helpful and at times rude. I would definitely not recommend this store.

I have rented from Aaron’s for many years now and have never had a bad experience. They are always willing to work with you whether you need to pay a week or two late or if you just can’t afford or don’t want your furniture anymore. They allow you to return your items at anytime without penalizing your credit score. I definitely recommend Aaron’s to anyone wanting to get new furniture but can’t afford to pay for it right up front.

Totally unprofessional I quoted a delivery time of 11:00 am to 6:00 pm at 9pm still did not receive the appliances I was promised.i call several times to get a update because I had to be at work at 3pm no eta was given also my wife had to to take a night off work due to the fact she was waiting on the delivery to show up.

Went in yesterday and Tommy assisted me. My experience was stress free, fast, and simple. I received my washer and dryer the very next day with no hassle. The promotion was a fantastic deal. The installation was fast and easy. The workers were polite and professional. I’ll be back for more Aaron’s. Better than Rent-A-Center!

Leavy, Tommy, Everett are some of the most professional, polite and helpful store associates I have had the pleasure to work with. Clinton and Curtis were 2 of the most professional, polite and helpful movers and installers. I would recommend this location to anyone
