I have rented from Aaron’s for many years now and have never had a bad experience. They are always willing to work with you whether you need to pay a week or two late or if you just can’t afford or don’t want your furniture anymore. They allow you to return your items at anytime without penalizing your credit score. I definitely recommend Aaron’s to anyone wanting to get new furniture but can’t afford to pay for it right up front.

Totally unprofessional I quoted a delivery time of 11:00 am to 6:00 pm at 9pm still did not receive the appliances I was promised.i call several times to get a update because I had to be at work at 3pm no eta was given also my wife had to to take a night off work due to the fact she was waiting on the delivery to show up.

Went in yesterday and Tommy assisted me. My experience was stress free, fast, and simple. I received my washer and dryer the very next day with no hassle. The promotion was a fantastic deal. The installation was fast and easy. The workers were polite and professional. I’ll be back for more Aaron’s. Better than Rent-A-Center!

Leavy, Tommy, Everett are some of the most professional, polite and helpful store associates I have had the pleasure to work with. Clinton and Curtis were 2 of the most professional, polite and helpful movers and installers. I would recommend this location to anyone

Aarons rents rarely answers the phone and if your payment is 1 week late they call you every day harassing you. One week?!I am very disappointed in the CUstomer Service level that Everette and Steve provided and I would steer clear of renting any merchandise from them

Absolutely 100,000% LOVE this location... staff is very friendly and really help customers the best they can. The sales manager is absolutely fabulous.. she went above and beyond toHelp me get my washer and dryer...I am very grateful for her. The delivery guy was super friendly and was very fast and knowledgeable with his work. This place is sssoooo much better than rent a center... I highly recommend this store

I went inside of Aaron's to buy a sofa outright without monthly payments, they told me they would drop it off but wont come inside your apartment to set it up but u want 80dollars for delivery, Ashley is delivery and setting up, we have to put our money else where these company can close i will not shop here no more. Aaron's lost a customer and a 300hundred dollar sale due to delivery. If u have on protect gear u can set up but aarons and rent a center doing the same thing dony bother to go in there and shop.
