Came to Crabtree mall on Sunday Jan 8th because we saw they open at 11AM. On google this shows as confirmed by the business as of 4 days ago, however they just opened the gates at 12. Very frustrating experience as if they had their hours listed correctly we wouldn’t have came until 12

I love this location. Every time I come in people are super friendly and just an overall great experience. I came in this morning to pick up an online order, and the associate who helped me was just wonderful!

I liked the look of the old stores better. The staff were kind of rude but I left with a new pair of comfy jeans so what can I say.

Cool clothes but ZERO of the employees are wearing Abercrombie. When I worked here this was required if you were on the floor.

Came in with the hopes to exchange a pair of jeans I ordered online for a different size. Two girls and one boy working in the store and I was the only customer. I wasn’t greeted or helped. All three of them looked right at me and turned the other way. Save yourself the trouble and don’t come here.

Glad to have Abercombie back in the triangle, now I don’t have to go to Winston or Greensboro or even Charlotte to shop at my favorite brand!

It's nice to have A&F close by. but they don't have a lot of selections and at the check out they don't give you the discount that it should, and wound charge you more than online price if you don't mention to them.

The staff is awful. Who ever worked today from 4-5 sucked it was three girls and one boy and they were no help at all. They sat on their phones and were flat out rude. I asked for help and they pointed and told me to look in the back. None of them had manners at all and were not welcoming. They wanted to avoid working and told me to just order online. They didn’t even know how to process a return and told me exchanges aren’t a thing and then I told them it was done before and proceeded to exchange my item. I am very disappointed with my experience.

UPDATE 1/9/22: I went into Abercrombie yesterday, and was helped by a (maybe?) new associate. She was WONDERFUL. She was taking on stacks of denim but saw me pause and asked if I needed help finding anything. I asked her about a specific style I was looking for and she took me to what they had. They didn't have the style in store, but she offered to check the back in case it had just come in. She was attentive and helpful, got me into a fitting room quickly and had such a great demeanor throughout. I regret not getting her name, but she had short, curly hair. Shout out to her - thanks for making my experience great! It's nice to have an A&F somewhere near Raleigh again, especially since they've rebranded (and dropped an amazing Curvy Denim line!) They have a surprising number of different style jeans in store to try on. More of a men's selection than women's selection (but lots of supply chain issues everywhere right now). However, the staff though....not great. I work in the mall, and when I went in to pick up a Ship to Store, Pick Up order, my package was still in the wrapping....I was able to try on in store which was good but the style didn't work out so I wanted to order a similar style that they didn't have in store. I asked the girl at the register if I could do that with her and she told me it wasn't possible. Instead I'd have to send my jeans back with the pre-paid label and mark what I wanted to exchange for...very archaic, I was very surprised. I ended up checking for my size in the mixed piles of jeans, which I couldn't find, but I showed the girl the style I wanted and asked if she could order for me. She didn't understand the difference between the Curve Love and the regular jeans....honestly, a bit shocked that she didn't know their product very well, much less one of their most popular items. I was running late, so I asked her what the hours were that day so I could come back and figure out all the ordering later (with possibly a manager or something), and she was like "honestly I have no idea". I'm sorry...what? I was a bit appalled as I'm also a sales associate at a store that focuses on denim sales and all of our staff is aware of our hours (even with constantly changing hours due to COVID situations), how to process an exchange, and how to order a different style / size for a customer....really basic stuff. Maybe she was new, but this is my second experience here like this, so I'm going to stick to ordering online and spending minimal time in the store.
