Had me going back and forth going to fedex and autozone. I had to call the district manager office to force them to do a return on my unopened boxes and they didn't even open the boxes to do the return. WHO EVEN HAS TO FORCE A STORE TO DO A RETURN! Came back after talking to the DM and still refused to do the return I finally said forget it and go to a different location all together they were a lot better and a lot nicer and actually did the return. It only took them 8 minutes. EIGHT! Compared to what a whole day and a half's going back and forth with a location that can't even train employees to do something. Hopefully they fix the staff at the store do a training day or something. Also the white male (he drives a red Mazda suv) that looks like he would suck the soul out of Donald Trumps nuts's need to chill he not in the army and for damn sure needs a reality check he know he seen me come in 3 time in a row with them heavy ass boxes and you not even a manager so HOW WOULD YOU EVEN KNOW HOW TO DO A RETURN! in the end I'm still going to contact the DM and have this whole store looked through because it don't make any sense how a whole store can't do a simple task shit sad for real.

Customer service was great, however, I ordered new tail light bulbs online for pick up. I get a call an hour later about how they were not in stock so they cancel my order. If it's not in stock, why does your website say I can pick it up at your location? They then suggest a different brand that costs a little more and I say, "Okay, no big deal. I will get that one instead." I purchase them, get home, change out the old bulbs for the new ones, and my tail light still doesn't work. Because of this, I assumed it might have been an electrical issue and take my car to a dealership the next day. The dealership charges me $125 for checking the wiring and removing my tail light but in the end, they tell me that Advanced Auto Parts gave me bulbs that were actually NOT compatible with my car. I spent $125 for a dealership to replace the bulbs when I could have done it for $10-14 on my own if Advanced Auto Parts had just given me the correct one. That's an extra $125 I didn't need to spend.

Needed to get a battery for my 86. Store Rep Jimmy checked for the battery I wanted was in stock and offered to test the old before the replacement, and tested the new 1 after we got it installed. 10/10.Avoid the Auto zone around the corner. Their testing equipment is broken.

Placed an order for a new headlight online and it was ready for pickup quickly. When I got to the store, I received a friendly greeting and was quickly offered assistance. Khalil got me checked out and came outside with me to see about replacing my headlight there in the parking lot. Alex, the store manager, also popped outside and was able to get the headlight changed quickly for me. Both men were awesome from when I walked in the door to when I drove off - highly recommend this location and it will be my go-to from now on.

Got up this morning to a dead battery. Got a charge and went directly to Advance on the coldest nastiest day in ages. Alex was remarkable. Sleet, wind gusts, he did not hesitate. Changed my battery quickly without a complaint. Friendly, professional, engaging and so helpful. Would highly recommend.

Let me tell you about the Manager Alex!! Being a single woman, we always want to do things on our own but for some reason I couldn't get my lightbulbs in my car. Now mind you the sun was going down and that meant it will be getting cold. Alex helped me install my lightbulbs with no attitude or complaints. He was friendly to my daughter and I. Thank you Alex for your help!!!! If I could give 20 Stars ******************** I would!

One of the best and easiest experiences I’ve had when it comes to any kind of car maintenance. I came in after my car didn’t start and had to be jumped to have them check & replace my battery. The man who helped me (didn’t catch his first name, but his shirt said D. Barnes) checked my battery, gave a good recommendation for replacing it, and quickly and efficiently put the new battery in. He was very friendly and made the whole experience painless for me, and it was clear that he knew what he was doing. As a woman, having any kind of work done on my car can easily become an uncomfortable/intimidating experience, so this was an incredibly refreshing change of place. Thanks y’all for your help today, I will definitely be coming back to this location if I ever need to!
