My husband called and told them our brake was locked up and we would need a dolly or rollback to tow our car. We were quoted the price. Driver gets here has an attitude as soon as he stepped out of his truck. Was not even informed a dolly would be required. Got our car all set and then we were told it would be more than what we were told. We had them drop it and told them we would never use them.again

Extremely Rude, Racist, threatening, dangerous, predatory behavior, insult and rip off your money JUST because they have the ability to tow a vehicle.from my own experience:Parked at Walmart pick-up spot and walked in to get my order for literally 5 mins. Obviously they’re waiting for people to get out of the car so can tow it immediately. I saw other same comments below.I got out the store and witnessed this man hooking my car.Tried to talk with the man to not tow my car because I was picking up my order, in pajamas and need to go home. I asked to talk to their manager he said he is the manager.They just want the money for hooking up your car. I told him I don’t have card nor cash on me cause I was just picking up my online order.He won’t communicate and called the police. during waiting I tried to negotiate with him, he became really mad and lost his temper, threw the exact words as “GET OUT MY FACE!!” to me, also put his hand into pocket and made it looking like he’s pulling something out, it’s kinda scary and life threatening. Excuse me,,?????? you’re towing away MY property, why do I need to get out your face??? Also this guy put his phone in front of his chest and recorded me, it was done smoothly and looked like he did it a lot to record people WITHOUT permission, when there’s a conflict, when people run into the moment he’s towing the car.This business just wants to get your money for no reason, just because they have a pickup truck that has towing equipments so they can do whatever?? Also the attitude was so ruthless and threatening. I’d give -100 stars if possible, horrible experience.BE CAREFUL out there.

Was at Walmart Parked by garden area. I parked toward the back because my animal was with me. I was getting to go in when I saw a tow driver pull in front of by backed in car motioning me to talk to him he tells me no overnight parking at 7 pm and when I said I'm a shopper he shook his head and stared me down after that was afraid to leave me car to shop..I then saw him stalking other shoppers correctly parked vehicles..this is text book predator towing..shame on you

They love sitting outside Walmart!! Was doing service on a Walmart freezer and they came up and decided to hook up my truck which I then had to explain I was working not shopping ended up having the get the manager involved to drop my truck. The older fella that had my truck on his hook was the most rude and sorry excuse for a tow truck driver I’ve ever met DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE

They are best in town! If you need them they are there! Cheaper after hours on Christmas eve than any other tow company! Communication and consistently makes them winners!

Alan’s Towing came to my house to tow away our broken down car. The gentleman called 30 minutes prior to arrival and was professional, answered all of my questions and even made sure to not scrape my driveway with the roll back. Solid guy and solid company. 100% will hire again.

They were the nicest most professional and all around helpful towing company I have ever had the pleasure of using. They helped me when my car broke down on the side of the highway making to where I didn’t have to sit there and wait they picked up and dropped off at my home. Got stuck on the side of the road with a dead battery, don’t ask me how, I have no idea lol but I put out a call and within 15 minutes a gentleman, Worth, showed up and got right to work. The whole ordeal took less than two minutes and I was back on the road headed home. Worth was respectful, very professional, and offered some advice on how to prevent it from happening again. They wait in Walmart parking lot in raleigh for people to get out of their car and then tow it to Wendell. Also they "only accept cash". We were parked in a parking spot in the lot beyond the handicap spots that said pick up only while running in to pick up an order we placed online. Went right to customer service and back within 5 minutes to no car. Missed a very important appointment that I've been waiting months for because of this.

Alan's towing saved me when AAA failed. My car got stuck in a parking garage when the parking brake would not disengage. After waiting overnight and most of the next day for AAA to find someone I called Alan's. Worth came out and was amazing getting the truck to my car and maneuvering in a tight space to get my car out and to the dealer. The estimate I received on the phone was accurate and overall just great service. I would definitely call them again should I ever need towing.Service: Car towing

Allen's Towing was amazing - Worth was able to get my car out of a parking garage and manuver through tight spaces. He was professional, nice, and went the extra mile to hook up his jump box to my battery so I could unlock the charging port. I was very impressed and thankful for their help.
