Well, I have always considered Aldi to be a good supermarket, very organized, clean and stocked, but this one has been the complete opposite.

The worker was very kind today, but I feel bad for them always being understaffed. Every time I’ve gone there has been a very long line and only one person on the register. This never seems to be the case with the other Aldis in Raleigh. I hope they have more workers or maybe get some self check out machines.

The cashier that helped me was great. That is my only positive note. This has to be one of the worst Aldis I have been to (I have been to 2 others in the area and also shop at Aldi when traveling in the US). The lighting was dim, it was dirty, disorganized and had less selection than others in the area. I couldn't wait to get out of there. It's clearly an older store, so hopefully there is a refresh/remodel coming soon.

Poor customer service, lack of helpfulness, and a dismissive attitude towards customer needs.

They need more employees. The cashier had to use the bathroom, leaving 5+ people in line.
Roman lettuce expired 1/18/2025, here it is February 2025.
Homeless men leaning on the shopping carts asking for money and your food. I left my shopping cart so one of the men could work and get the quarter out; I wanted my quarter! Then the other homeless man follows me to the vehicle begging; now I'm rushing to get in the car.
Since management too cheap to hire more employees, allow the homeless people to get all the expired food out this store.

I don't know what's going on with this location and its employees having earbuds and having full inappropriate conversations. Today, Brody scanned us out and was very inattentive and focused on whatever was on his earbuds.

Dirty store with poor lighting in the produce section. Only one checkout line is open, and there are no self-checkout options at all. The refrigerated milk section has an unpleasant smell and clearly needs a deep cleaning. Additionally, the store doesn’t offer handheld shopping baskets—only carts, which require a 50-cent deposit.

I've been regularly going to this ALDI for about 5 months now. I have noticed that it seems to be understaffed, at least in the evenings. And that other employees who happen to be working seem unwilling to come back up and assist the single cashier when he or she needs help. This results in long wait times, customers deciding to ditch which means lost sales, and a general negative vibe that hurts the store's reputation. It also makes the store feel somewhat unsafe to be in.

I like Aldi because this store has really good and cheap groceries. But the only cashier with a long line and the trash around the store makes me sad.

this place is poorly maintained to be cleaned and sanitary. I QUIT GOING HERE after six months trying for them to clean up the place. outside is covered with trash and debris. Carts are broken. they say "it is not our problem!!" I shopped here for over three years but no more. Going to Capital store now.

Very dirty, so much garbage at the entrance and in between the shopping carts, the shelves were not stocked, bathroom was dirty and wasn't stocked. The cashier was nice when I asked about them having a product in storage that's about it.

Cashiers need customer service training. Her smart mouth almost got her feelings hurt Friday morning, July 5, 2024. Another customer had 4 items in a box on the checkout conveyor belt. You have to buy bags or $0.25 for the returnable cart. She said well I can’t scan the box to ring up the items. She simply could have said, “Do you mind removing the items so I can scan them?” The average customer grabs one of their empty boxes to put items in. After I made a comment to her about her smart mouth, she tried to correct herself and say, “Oh, most customers think I have a scanner to scan the barcode.” No, She thought her little comment was okay to say. Even the man behind us looked at her strange when she made the comment cause she was being rude.

Best prices around and incredibly nice and efficient staff. Amazing gluten free section that is a far better value than health food stores.
