Aubri is always so pleasant to check out with. The store is always very busy and staff putting out merchandise, so it is sometimes chaotic shopping haha BUT, The store is usually always well stocked, lines don’t usually take excessively long and the prices are great!

I came in to pick up about 6 items. 7/7/24 around 5:00. The cashier that checked me out needs some serious training in customer service. I had raspberries, cheesecake, blackberries, etc., she was flipping everything into the cart upside down. The cheesecake literally did a flip and landed in the cart upside down. I went around the cart to catch items and she proceeded to do it faster with more force. What a horrible person.

I came to this location in order to buy just a few little things that I needed. The cashier took one of the items off the belt and refused to sell it to me despite it being put out on the shelf. i then try to complain about being ignored by one of the other employees and the cashier then proceeded to ignore me ever check out ever person behind me.
if this is how a location treats its customers, it's a wonder it gets any business at all

I shop all our local Aldi stores but this one has a special employee named Sha (hope I spelled it properly). He is always smiling and cheerful, asks if I've found everything and offers to help in any way. I've watched him interact with other customers and it's the same. He's a keeper. He makes your customers smile.

Great assortment of stuff... staff are rude tho. Mango were placed on the belt... it somehow got turned over... your staff proceed to put the cut up mango back in the container and ring it up for me to buy.... when I said I didn't want it he was so sarcastic. Like bro... makes me question what the staff does with the food when we are not around.... Pass
