I love the fruits from this place always fresh and cheap. The atmosphere is outstanding, the prices are surprisingly welcoming. This has become my grocery place in Raleigh and it makes me so happy.

I'm giving this ALDI 5 stars for the customer service. I went today with my toddler and I (me not my kid lol) accidentally spilled a yogurt in the aisle. It got EVERYWHERE. I went to the front to let someone know after I rang up my groceries. Well while ringing up my groceries I realized in the yogurt chaos I picked the wrong one (ugh). The employee helped me remove my transaction, I told them about the spill and that I would pay for it and they said it was no problem at all. When I went to get the new yogurt I actually needed the person stocking was already cleaning it up (before the person in front even said anything). I told them it was my fault and I was sorry for the mess and they said it was no issue. Very kind employees who made a shopping experience with a toddler much easier.

I love Aldi's. The employees were very nice and helpful at this location. I prefer going to Aldi's in Durham, where I live.

This location is usually a mess compared to others. Shelves are 1/2 stocked and total disarray. Employees aren't helpful. It's already an inconvenience to make sure to have a quarter and bags with you just to shop, but dealing with missing items and poor service makes it unpleasant. As far as bargains, you have to know your pricing and only buy what is actually a bargain. There are some good and bad like most any grocery, some other places can be much lower on certain items.

It was horrible to see a dog, who was clearly not a service dog, in this supermarket. I have bad allergies to dogs and had to leave. I asked the clerk about it and they said the manager was OK with dogs in the store. Not good practice when there’s food.

I went in to pick up some aluminum foil, not realizing the store closed at 8. We arrived around 7:55, and instead of politely letting us know, the employee simply yelled, “We close in 2 minutes!” I understand it was close to closing time and staff want to go home, but a respectful tone would have made all the difference. A little courtesy goes a long way in customer service.
