All Critters Petcare has been a lifesaver for me! I'm always a little worried about leaving my two rabbits behind when I'm out of town, especially because one of my rabbits often needs to take medication, but Melissa and her team have always done such a great job giving me peace of mind by sending pictures and updates on the regular. They've always been incredibly flexible and accommodating to me and my schedule, and they just exude dedication. In fact, one time I hired All Critters Care to look after my rabbits while I was visiting family, and Melissa got into an accident and cracked a couple ribs, but she still went to my apartment to make sure my rabbit got her meds that night. I absolutely would have understood if she couldn't make it or had to have someone else come in, but she wanted to ensure that my rabbits weren't made nervous by a stranger, so she went in to care for them personally. I can't express enough how much I appreciate All Critters Care and the work they do, and I'm proud to be a customer of this lovely small business

We’ve had a great experience with all critters pet service for our five pets (3 dogs and 2 cats). They are reliable and professional, and they are willing to flex with our changing schedules. I appreciate the peace of mind it gives me to know my pets are being taken care of. I highly recommend!

I am soooooo glad I found All Critters Petcare! They really take extra special care of my cat Emily when I am away traveling. I get pictures and notes from them every time they visit. I also had to have a home visit before they took me on as a client, as they wanted to make sure they got to meet Emily and understand what I needed from them. I love to hire small local businesses and these folks are the best. So impressed and happy with their service.

All Critters has been absolutely fantastic, and they are my go to sitters in Raleigh. I have two senior dogs and a cat that receive medication, and Melissa and the All Critters team have been wonderful. They're so communicative, follow all instructions to a T, and send photos and an update after every visit. I feel so comfortable leaving my babies with them! I highly recommend.

If you are looking for someone to come into your home and treat your dogs the way you would then look no further. Joey is a lifesaver. We have a dog with medical needs and another that is high energy and loves to play. Joey did everything we asked (hiding a daily pill in deli meat, carrying a dog if their tail went down on a walk, etc.) Joey also watered our plants, collected mail, kept our house clean, and provided updates after each visit. Updates were sent via text and on the pet portal. The pet portal is awesome. He posts pictures with notes about what happened at each visit and there is a map showing where he walked. Prices are right in line with everywhere else. I cannot recommend Joey enough and we will use him whenever we go out of town!UPDATE - 3 years later and still happier than we could imagine with all critters. All I have to say is that we came home to our dogs and they were better than we left them! Love Melissa and crew.

I highly recommend All Critters Petcare for pet sitting! Melissa was absolutely wonderful, from the in-home initial consultation to the cat care and sitting. She kept me updated on her visit each day while I was on vacation and included photos. I really appreciated her attentiveness and thoughtfulness, which gave me peace of mind. I will definitely be using All Critters for any future cat sitting.

Melissa is the best! I think she loves our fur babies as much as we do! She's always on time and sends adorable photos of girls while she's there with them. Making requests via the website is very easy. I highly recommend All Critters Petcare!

Our neighbors recently moved & thus we lost our cat sitters. Friends of ours with 2 cats highly recommended All Critters Petcare & we couldn't be happier with the excellent care of our 2 fur babies, Smokey & Bandit! Michele was exceptional, providing add-on services like our trash, mail & watering couple of plants! We came home to 2 happy kitties, well cared for and our utility room was clean from food, water fountain & litter! We will definitely use All Critters Petcare for all our future travels! Thanks again!
