I went to the storage today. To pay for my storage and the manager Angela said there would be a late fee of 20$ which would have started today. But I asked her could she take it off because I already had the 150 for the storage. She said she could not take it off so I called the 800 number and asked somebody and the women said that she could take it off. My thing is in my opinion I think she could’ve took it off because with all this pandemic stuff going around and people hardly working she couldve at least taken it off. I would see if it was 100$ but it was just 20$.- Phyllis Ricks

I've been renting with them for almost 4 years now, and by far the best storage place I've ever used! They always call if they have any questions and even though I now live several states away, they make sure I always know the status of my unit! They always work with me and the staff is Great!ðŸ˜
