I have ten days before my move in date, and I was already charged. Plus they charge $12 fee. Plus pay for insurance too.

China and Brittany were by far the best. China has the patients of an angle. No matter how many time we wanted to see a unit she never made us feel like we were a bother. Brittany had every answer for our 1000 questions, and stopped what she was doing to come help us. The grounds are clean and well managed. Best storage in Raleigh NC.

Customer service lady lied to me and told me they will refund the unused days of the month if I would to leave early. But that is not the case.
